Cavu BYOB is a hidden gem in the Crest area, offering an upscale yet casual atmosphere. The friendly and courteous staff provide excellent service. The menu features delicious dishes such as the 6 oz fillet, Arancini, Truffle Burrata, Pompadoro, and Mushroom Fettuccini, although availability may vary. The breakfast menu is also very popular, with spot-on omelets like the BTM (Basil, Tomato, and Mozzarella) and great potatoes. Guests especially praise the Western omelette, cooked perfectly with a good ratio of ham, peppers, and onions, and cheese. The potatoes and home fries are seasoned well, with just the right amount of potato, peppers, and onion. Waffles and blueberry pancakes are large and tasty, pleasing both kids and adults alike. While some dishes may have minor flaws, overall, Cavu BYOB is a great place to dine, offering fantastic food and service that are sure to impress. The Caesar salad, made with garlic confit, is considered the best by some, and dishes like the Pompadoro with Shrimp and Pork ribeye are highly recommended.
