Perfect little hidden gem. Great prices, friendly owner/employees and heavy portions. Beach food done right. If your the fancy fine dining type this is not for you and amen to that. You won’t be missed at this down to earth old fashioned laid back great time restaurant.

The chicken tenders were not edible, way way over done and tasted old. My husband liked his burger, except a seagull flew onto the wooden tables outside and stole it right off the table.

Fantastic! Every single time our meal has exceeded our expectations!!! Cannot beat sun dog for a beachside lunch. Oceanside covered patio is a bonus on this hidden gem. Steak Tacos- 5 stars. Taco salad - 5 stars. Superfood salad- 5 stars. French fries - 5 stars. They offer the chicken fingers gluten free as well and corn tacos instead of flour which are fresh and fantastic! Cannot wait to visit again next year on our annual WWC vacay!

Really a great experience overall. If you are on the beach it’s a super convenient spot to grab some high quality food. Everything is super fresh and portions are substantial. Fish tacos, burgers, hotdogs, fries all were outstanding. Friendly service as well. Will certainly visit again

The food here is great but it’s gotten way too expensive over the years…. The prices on their website are outdated, it’s actually $15.95 for chicken tenders with fries.

Sunset dinner at Sun Dog. Beer, fish and chips for me and beef tacos for my companion.
Best gluten free fish and chips! Beautiful fish fillet used. Served hot! Sounds simple but excellence in execution should be applauded.

The food was great we ordered 3 nights well worth it.

Food is fine—not extraordinary as some reviews suggest. Views are nice and BYO and prices make it a good deal. Great for kids as they can run around on the beach. Don’t order the salad—bad value and just average.

This place is amazing .. Before I met my husband he came to Wildwood every year so now I get to come with him. He took me to the Sundog on the beach and there isn't anywhere else I like to eat as well as there. Everything we've had is totally delicious and John and his staff is very friendly. This will definitely be our go to place. Thanks John.. Dave and Cathy.
