Wow! Blue Cork is one of a kind . I've lived in NJ 18!years. Have been to many wineries. Have had many Cab Francs & others. But Blue Cork's wine was vey much a step above. Had the Petit Verdot & some Cab Franc... the best I have had in NJ. The winery is just beautiful. Clean, wonderful seating & attentive servers. Was lucky to chat with the owners... a wonderful , engaged, smart wine family. The taste told me they were special, and then the conversation...
If you are thinking about having an event at blue Cork winery, it is the perfect place! My family and friends threw me a bridal shower and my guests absolutely loved the scenery and the wine was very delicious. Not to mention the blue cork team was extremely easy to work with And the bartender who did our event was amazing.
