Although this is my first time going to Cinder bar, it definitely will not be my last. I hosted my daughter‘s 21st birthday . Every single person that works here was absolutely phenomenal. The management was excellent and introduced themselves and remained easily available for any of my questions And last-minute detail changes. They were flexible, accommodating, and very excited to celebrate my daughter‘s birthday. Our server John was exceptional. There was over 25 of us and he never missed a beat. He was attentive, intentional, and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. The food was delicious. Everything was fresh and amazing . The cocktails were poured heavy as they knew this was a special occasion. The atmosphere was cozy, but still upscale. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you for making her day so special

Beautiful place, Cobb salad was fresh, plenty to eat. Wings (baked) were mushy, hot sauce did not taste good. Tasted like Tabasco? Hard to get a beer (or the next one) from the server. No water offered. Ate the wings with no drink. Disappointing

Food was fantastic. I had 10 wings and truffle fries with the old fashioned flight. Really really solid, would definitely recommend the flight and the wings. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well. Service, bus boys were on the ball and were able to anticipate what we needed. The waitress not so much, but was average.
The TVs. Put on a variety of sports especially idc you a Philly team playing who is doing really well. How do you not show the locale teams? It’s insanity.
8 O’clock hits and the DJ comes on and is absolutely horrendous which would tolerable if the music volume didn’t go up 50% when he came on. We literally couldn’t even hear each other and had to yell. And I’m a fan of music and having a decent volume so people can jam. But the music was insanely loud. And are we living in the 70’s?
I would come back for the food, but if I came back and had to deal with this music again….game over. I’d never come back.

The only entree enjoyed was the hot honey chicken tacos and the bada bang shrimp as well as the cheesesteak eggrolls were great. Unfortunately the wings were very fatty, steak was undercooked based on how we said our daughter likes it done and the margerita pizza didn’t have any basil on so lack of flavor.

I threw a milestone birthday party here and the staff were fantastic. The venue lent itself well to decorations, the food was great, there was enough room for our party of 40 to not feel crowded. Sammi Jo and Sam were a big help in planning it our and helping to execute day-of. Highly recommend in general, but especially for a private party!

First time being here and was okay for the most part. Only really came cause my brother wanted to give it another try after he had gotten sick the last time which should have been a red flag. We got a couple small things to start. After I had gotten the short rib cheesestake which was pretty good and my brother had gotten the Alabama burger and sadly the same couldn't be said that as not even half way through he got sick. Our waitress was real nice about the situation and got the manager for us but he was very condescending so we probably won't be back.

Food was amazing, Service was IMPECCABLE. We came in Sunday morning for brunch this weekend and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience! Our server was Sam B, she was very attentive and VERY very nice. I had many questions about the menu and she was more than happy to answer all the questions i had! She checked in on me and my fiance time and time again to make sure we were having a good experience and all i can say is that she made the experience GREAT! I got the crab bisque that she recommended and said was delicious and that is an understatement, it’s amazing. Will 100% be back in the future.
