We have been trying to get a true thin crust pizza like they offer in central jersey since we moved here 3 years ago. Everytime we ordered all said they could make a thin crust all failed until we tried Nicks. This place hit it out of the ballpark with their thin crust no one better in south jersey. My only negative is it took a bit longer for delivery but in the end we'll worth the wait

Terrible pizza, confusing menu. I have never liked the pizza from Nick’s especially with so many Bette options around. The family wanted Nick’s though so I figured whatever I’ll get something else. I tried to get a cheesesteak and I am a picky eater to be fair. Little did I know that it comes with mushrooms onions and other toppings that I did not ask for and that were not listed on the menu itself. I no longer see any reason why this would be a good choice for dining.

I have had enough of ordering take out from here. The cheesesteaks are ALWAYS dry, your pay for toppings...they're cut so small, you can't TASTE it in the cheesesteak. Gave us an overdone, dry af roast beef sammie, their online menu says it comes with au jus...it does not. What they sent was enough for HALF the sammie! Taking what wee $$ I have & going somewhere else!

I have been ordering from Nick’s for YEARS. I placed an order for a large pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza. I looked at the receipt and I was charged for a pepperoni pizza. I called Nick’s to let them know and to give them the chance to make it right and they couldn’t have cared less. They began the convo by letting me know if I wanted replacement pizza I was going to have to wait a while because there were other orders and they were backed up. I was also given the option of being offered credits for JUST the cost of the topping. There was just zero accountability for the mistake and no one even took the time to apologize. I can’t even imagine the amount of money have spent at Nick’s over the years, but this will be the last time. Zero empathy or appreciation for the customer. I try to support local non-chain businesses, but I doubt a chain would have treated me this poorly. If you order from Nick’s, you can expect better than average food. Just don’t expect them to care if you have an issue or to do anything about it. And certainly, do not expect your business to be valued.
