I ordered a Meatball sandwich and Cheese Fries from Sals and it was Absolutely Disgusting ?!! They sent me a Meatball Sandwich with no Sauce what so ever the meatballs were tiny and Gross tasted like the frozen ones you get at the grocery store the roll was soggy and falling apart!! The Cheese Fries weren’t any better they were cold and soggy!! Thank goodness DoorDash gave me a complete refund and I ordered someplace else and got a Delicious sandwich!! I Don’t understand I’ve ordered from Sals several times before and the food was always good!!

I had the big platter and sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I requested that the pancake edges be crispy and my god were they crispy. A golden brown with slight crunch to send my legs into a spasm. The sandwich, damn the sandwich. Just get anything and see for yourself. My 4 star for service was for a late delivery. Even late though, my food was warm and all requests fulfilled.

It's a bit ambiguous to give a score for cleanliness here. It's completely take out only. It's an open kitchen, so you can see the inside of the kitchen... but it didn't look like a well-organized place. But the ingredients seemed to be all well managed. The sandwiches were very tasty and good. Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures of the food because I had to take it other place.
