Arrived at 5:45pm, "sorry, not making any more pizzas today". Cafe closes at 7pm. Every. Single. Time. Isn't it weird how the pizza is gone and the ICEE machine breaks whenever someone wants to clock out at 6:53pm.

Fresh & organic, reasonable price.
We knew there were inspections that had to take place when we gutted out kitchen in March but our stove went on sale in Feb on Sams on line. We went ahead and ordered the stove because it was a great deal and just left it in the box. Last week the stove was removed from the box to get installed and the back of the stove is all bent up. We opened the oven and the metal is all bent up. You could clearly see in transit to our house it was dropped. We called Sam’s they told us they would either exchange it or give us our money back. Now after going back and forth with them they will not give us our money back or exchange it. I am so upset we have a stove we can not use at all. We will be contacting the news regarding this matter. I have all the emails back and forth. Melissa refuses to give us a supervisor’s name and number. Needless to say we will never go to Sam’s again. Be very careful if you order anything from them

Sams club Human Resources department is unprofessional and does not know how to speak to their employees or the people who apply!!
I just had the most tremendous experience at Sam's Club, Williamstown. Both their Fuel and Auto Department came to the rescue when my car wouldn't start (while in the line for gas.) From the young man pumping the gas who enlisted the Auto Tire Battery department . Thank you all..true hero's...Tyler, Joe and the fellow pumping gas! (im so sorry I didn't catch your name) . Excellent Customer Service and very efficient and quick...and to top it off...very close to closing time and they all still worked to resolve the issue. I felt that I was in good hands. Thank you.! I am writing a letter to the Store Manager as well ...Excellent Work and Thanks for making the extra effort! L. McClelland

Improve customer service. Store 4722. Female Associate Tony was very rude, incompetent and unwilling to assist. I came to purchase 15 items that I called ahead to confirm and she stated it was not in stock refusing to check. When I asked for a manager she walked away abruptly. Another associate working on sales floor checked and stated 20 items in stock. The male "managers" response to Tony's disrespectful behavior was maybe she had to go on break and he does not pay her for break. I spent too much money with Sams Club and I am very annoyed and frustrated by this treatment.

The Sam's Club in Turnersville sold me a taco meal kit that was spoiled.I could have gotten deathly ill from the food that was undoubtedly loaded with bacteria. When I took it back to the store, they refused to refund my money. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SICK, DONT BUY PREPARED FOOD FROM SAM'S CLUB!!!!!
Need to have more samples of food. LOL. But the associates are wonderful and helpful.
My Dad is torturing me by taking too long in here but I bet he's sampling the delicious foods they make inside.
The worst customer service in the Tire and Battery dept. Never staffed properly, a long wait for them to tell you a 15min job will be a hour and a half wait! Twice this happened, im done!!
