Ordered for a surprise 40th birthday party (50 guests) and I can honestly say the food and hospitality was amazing, they not only delivered but they help set up at table and we had way more food than anticipated!!! I can't say how blessed I was to have such amazing help for my event!!

Went to the Glassboro Shoprite which I assumed would be worse then our home town crusty looking ShopRite...I was wrong! I was blown away by how nice it was and wish this one was like that. Not only that but pretty sure these are the original shopping carts that they have never replaced. Went through several carts till I found one that was decent to roll across the store. But literally had electrical tape as the handle.

Money taken out of my account but when arrived at this location they informed me that they had no record of my online order, when I demanded a refund they gave it to me but will take 3-5 business days. Till then I'm out almost $300 and no way to buy groceries

I really don't like coming here. I had to since I needed some milk and marshmallows for hot chocolate. It was so crowded and a bit challenging to get through all the store. There's nothing enjoyable about shopping here and the staff is hit or miss. Some people can be helpful but others are completely clueless. The smell throws me off completely, I don't know if it's the cheese section or deli area but it smells putrid. There's no way to avoid it since hit you in the face as soon as you step on the premises. I've had better shopping experiences elsewhere.

I have used Zallie's Fresh Kitchen both personally and professionally several times.Each and every time has been an excellent experience. Not only is their food absolutely delicious, but the customer service is tremendous.

This shop rite was clean and has bearable staff. Yet I was really dissatisfied and disappointed with the French onion soup .It was bland unpleasant taste, mushy , and just a mess. At least it was hot. The lobster bisque was also mediocre and bland.

This store is horrible. It's not the cleanest. The deli department is horrible. The deli don't list to what you ask for. You have to tell them multiple times what you want and it's still wrong. They are more concerned about taking with each other rather then helping customers. And they get attitude with you when you make them correct your order.

They've added self checkout in the last 6 months eroding the customer service experience ( bag your own) and the store doesn't look as clean as you would hope. Likewise for the produce selections which is rather unfortunate because if you go in other "fancier" neighborhoods you'll notice a cleaner, brighter selection and maybe one self checkout. Not this store. They have less cashiers , resulting in long checkout lines almost forcing you to resort to self checkout. Self checkout has become a popular cost savings for stores so they can hire less people. Grocery stores should be clean, they should have fresh looking produce. Overall, very poor customer service experience and less confidence in quality food.

This family owned store has the best cakes and baked goods. They put bakeries to shame. The cake is always moist and fresh. The icing is delicious. Items can be customizable and ordered in just 24 hours notice. I buy all the office and personal birthday and holiday cakes from here. Delicious.

To make a long story short...I ordered a quiche a few days ago to be picked up this morning at 10:00. When I arrived, it was not ready because the kitchen was running behind. Before I even had time to regroup my thoughts, BethAnn asked what time I needed it and they would deliver. She gave me the time frame of 11-11:45. At 11:05, my fresh-out-of-the-oven quiche was delivered by a very pleasant driver, and lunch went on as planned! Thank you for keeping this customer satisfied.
We had Thanksgiving dinner prepared by Zallies ShopRite of Medford. We picked it up at 8AM Thanksgiving morning and everything was exactly as ordered. And the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfectly prepared. Turkey breast was moist, gravy superb, harvest medley veggies were soooo good. And the pumpkin pie was to die for. I would recommend Zallies for holiday meals, it was amazingly delish. And, instead of spending time working in the kitchen, we could spend quality time together not worrying about cooking. Thanks ShopRite and special thanks to BethAnn in catering. Her enthusiasm made the experience even better!!
