Play room is so dirty looks like nobody cleans it at all. Brown skin man with the long hair might be a manager has a slick mouth made me change my mind about eating here.

I went through the drive-thru Tuesday around 5:30pm 11/19/2024 a guy took my order I got to the window he was on his cellphone talking loud as hell, big guy he sounded African, so I go pick my food up at the next window I always check to make sure everything is in the bag, I looked at my receipt he never put in 1 of the items i asked for, if he wasn't on the phone he would have gotten my order right ?
Staff is always quick accurate and friendly. They did forget my nuggets one time but they fixed it

I've never felt so inclined to write a review, but the guy who was working the drive thru on Wednesday, August 14th, 2024 at 9:30pm, has to be one of the most disrespectful people I have ever had to deal with. I've been in customer service, I understand it is frustrating, but this is the 2nd time I've had horrible drive thru service. Whoever is hiring these guys need to more careful or actual monitor their employees. Besides that, foods solid.

It's better to order inside than at the drive thru. This review of 4 stars is for service inside. Drive thru service gets 3 stars. At the Drive thru I do not recieve the larger BK Bags for my large orders, even when asked I get the next size down...its a lot of back and forth. I ordered inside and got what I asked for the 1st time, no back and forth.
Food was made neatly and enjoyable (?thanks crew members). Also, don't forget your straws at the drive thru and your sauces ?

Went to the drive thru at the location in Willingboro today and was very surprised at the service. Usually when I come to this location, employees are rude and very disinterested but today was a much better experience thanks to Pierre. He was very polite and helpful. Hopefully this keeps up and translates to the other employees there.

This Burger King has been horrible for years ! The manager is a complete “b” and he makes negative comments about customers and this isn’t the first time he has done so. He has insulted many people but nobody speaks up about it . Well I’m not doing such . They need new management!

Jun ,5,2024 @4:56pmI walked in to the local Burger King to grab me and my uncle dinner the young guy was talking my order as he was talking my order stop what we were doing to bag the food I understand if it was crazy busy but there where 4 people in side so that being said the manger had came over to finish my order sense I was literally standing there for about 10 mins to even order as I’m trying to show a code for a free fry because who doesn’t love rewards I’m dyslexic so can’t really read the numbers properly and out of no where as I’m trying to show him the code he just started yelling at me saying everyone be throwing there phone in my face and that’s disrespectful and saying he needed to walk way or needed a break or something mind you I just got done working 12 hours I understand long hours and days and when I say he was just so disrespectful he didn’t even give me time to explain or tell him why I’m showing the numbers instead of reading them and then kept saying take it up with god take it up with god it worst worst experience I’ve ever had with Burger King and will be posting about it on Facebook and yelp
