Wanted to try the brisket whopper, but the one they delivered did not have any brisket, just a regular burger patty. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF.

I'm going to give the Burger King on rt.130 next to exit 6 of the turnpike a 5 star review across the board. The employees are friendly, they have always prepared my food correctly and fast, they place is clean, drive through is safe and it's just a pleasant place to grab what you are expecting to eat, it's correct. Nice job to all the workers there, thank you.

Went last night all I wanted was a drink got waves at me w a smirk on his face telling me he’s closed and says bye . 2 minutes later I see him Serving people then proceeded to tell me While stuttering he just Turned his lights back on when he had a customer he was serving before I even tried to order . The management here is super ignorant and disrespectful and every encounter I had w this specific one he was nothing but cocky and disrespectful. Won’t go back and when I tried to call They never answer the damn phone

I went through the drive-thru Tuesday around 5:30pm 11/19/2024 a guy took my order I got to the window he was on his cellphone talking loud as hell, big guy he sounded African, so I go pick my food up at the next window I always check to make sure everything is in the bag, I looked at my receipt he never put in 1 of the items i asked for, if he wasn't on the phone he would have gotten my order right ?

I've never felt so inclined to write a review, but the guy who was working the drive thru on Wednesday, August 14th, 2024 at 9:30pm, has to be one of the most disrespectful people I have ever had to deal with. I've been in customer service, I understand it is frustrating, but this is the 2nd time I've had horrible drive thru service. Whoever is hiring these guys need to more careful or actual monitor their employees. Besides that, foods solid.

It's better to order inside than at the drive thru. This review of 4 stars is for service inside. Drive thru service gets 3 stars. At the Drive thru I do not recieve the larger BK Bags for my large orders, even when asked I get the next size down...its a lot of back and forth. I ordered inside and got what I asked for the 1st time, no back and forth.
Food was made neatly and enjoyable (?thanks crew members). Also, don't forget your straws at the drive thru and your sauces ?

Went to the drive thru at the location in Willingboro today and was very surprised at the service. Usually when I come to this location, employees are rude and very disinterested but today was a much better experience thanks to Pierre. He was very polite and helpful. Hopefully this keeps up and translates to the other employees there.
