If I could do no stars I would. We placed an order and it prompted “delivered” and it never showed then when we tried to contact the store no one answered. They took the payment and never actually sent the food even though they said it was delivered. Theft.

They don't deliver on time… they will mark it as delivered but nothjngbwill be shown at your door. When you call they will say the drive is on the ways coming which will take another 40min. It will be better to pick up or not to order from this location

The pizzas consistently have very little sauce, toppings all over the place, and on multiple occasions were delivered uncut, which is extremely frustrating. Taste is terrible. The customer service is equally poor — the manager handled concerns unprofessionally and seemed unwilling to provide any real assistance or resolution. After several bad experiences, I will not be ordering from the Willingboro Domino’s again.

I ordered a pizza from Willingboro, NJ. The app said it was ready, but when my husband arrived, they apologized, saying they made a mistake and would remake it. My husband had to wait 15 minutes, and my grandson was crying because he was hungry. I asked my husband if everything was okay, and he explained the problem. I asked to speak to the manager, who offered a free bread instead of the pizza, citing the mistake and inconvenience. I felt it should be free, but she refused again, asking if I wanted to cancel the order. She then asked what I wanted to do. I was very upset, told her she lost a customer, and criticized her rudeness. The staff seemed very disappointed.

They delivered the wrong item, and then when i tried to call back, they hung up on me 5 times. I already paid for the order, a total scam!
I made an order around 11am to be delivered to me by 5pm. The food came on time but was incorrect. Then when I called about it, I had to wait another 45 minutes for the correct order to get to me. I was told there were 10 orders ahead of me. Technically my order was before everyone else’s and I should have not had to wait 45 more minutes for my kids to eat. When the pizza came it barely had any toppings. The manager was rude and made sure he asked for his pizzas back that he sent to me that was not apart of my order. I won’t be ordering again!

I ordered a medium BBQ chicken pizza, and it was the worst I’ve ever had. The pizza was just sauce with little to no meat. It wasn’t pizza; it was more like a biscuit. The crust was dry and burnt, and the overall flavor was bland. To top it all off, one of the workers was standing in the front eating, then licked his hands and went right back to work without washing them. The staff was unprofessional, and the whole place felt unsanitary. The service was slow, and when I finally received my order, it was cold. This place needs to close down; it’s a disgrace. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will be warning my friends and family to stay far away from it. Terrible experience all around.

First, the deliver driver excessively honked at me over and over when I was waiting to back up and thought he would drive around me. I was trying to back up to reposition my car and he pulled up laying down the horn over and over again.
Second, I choose bring my pizza to my car because I just picked up my pets ashes and didn’t want to leave them for a second. I tipped knowing I was asking them to do something for me, walking my pizza 10, 15 feet from their counter. This man blatantly ignored me when I acknowledged him by saying thank you. He just handed me my pizza and barely looked in my direction.
Third, the pizza was raw, even after I asked for it to be cooked twice.
Dominos has been one of my comfort foods but I’m never coming back to this location again, they really suck.
The only positive experience I’ve had here is the woman that works there that has rung me up when she was off the clock once! I told her not to work when she’s not getting paid. I could have waited for someone.

On 1128/2024 I ordered 2 pies and cheese bread and my pizza was burnt and cheese bread was kinda burnt. Very Very unhappy my first time using this location. Never again. This is absolutely disappointing
