Amazing people working here. Treated me very nicely and were very kind. Unfortunately the ac is a problem. What kind of establishment makes their workers perform in this heat with no working ac? It is 96 degrees today!! Unbelievable. This should be fixed asap. Shame on dunkin for this treatment of their customers and workers.

I just drove up to the drive thru and waited for someone to speak through the speaker. I waited and waited no one came on. I thought “maybe the speaker isnt working” so I just to be sure I calşed out into the speaker a few times. “Hello”? “Can you hear me”? Is there something wrong with the speaker”? Still no answer. So the car in front of me drove off and I pulled up and said “Hi, is the speaker not working”? The girl working with the biggest annoyed attitude replied “Go head whats your order”?! I said “Excuse me, what is the attitude for”? She replied “Just cuz you said hello hello is anyone there, I’m not gonna stop talking to the person in front of me to answer you, you have to wait theres only one of me now whats your order”?! I was shocked I said “Well all you had to say was to hold on and you would be right with me, no thanks I dont want to place an order bye”. First off please don’t understaff your employees. Secondly, please hire people who have a some what potentiaş to be able to communicate with customers. This place I only stop by if Im running through the produce junction next to it and everytime the customer service is pathetic.

Went to this Dunkin’ yesterday after noon yesterday to get a half a dozen donuts. After being asked which flavors I wanted, I said “3 glazed donuts” and was then told to “hold on” which seemed a bit short but I brushed it off. I then asked for boston cream and was told they didn’t have it. Asked for strawberry frosted and they also didn’t have it. The employee then proceeded to list all of what they had left which included sour cream donuts. Who t f wants a sour cream donut? I knew it wasn’t worth it to only get 3 donuts my family and I liked and then settle for random other donuts so I decided to say nevermind and try a different Dunkin. Before I could even pull off, I heard the worker say “So I just took all those donuts out for nothing”. Is that not your job? Furthermore, is it my fault that yall don’t have the most popular donuts at 12:45pm when not only is it a weekend but you’re supposed to be open until 7. It’s a shame that this is the closest location to my house and I had to drive further just to receive better service and the flavors that I wanted. Also some advice :) take the donuts out AFTER your customer pays. Its what the other location did. If a card declined, you also would have “took all those donuts out for nothing”. Always something with this location.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT OF EMPLOYEE, SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED LIKE TODAY.
I visited Duncan like I would every day to get breakfast, I ordered two egg,sausage and cheese sandwiches on croissants I got my ordered, said thanks and drove off. When I got home I realize there’s no eggs and the sausage was alittle raw in the middle of the sausage. I went back to DD driverthru and notified the “cashier” that there was no eggs and the sausage was alittle raw in the middle. She took the bag and went to let the lady know whom was cooking the breakfast, in the mix of it all the supervisor on duty came out her office and was talking with the “cashier” behind the window. Obviously you can hear her loudly, the “cashier” stated and I quote “SHES SO ANNOYING, WHY IS SHE ALWAYS COMING HERE”. Obviously in the state of shock, I respond to her by saying “I’m paying my money I never once asked DD for free food”, the “cashier” said “I SHOULD COME INSIDE AND SAY IT TO HER FACE”. These are the type of people representing a big business as DD. She needs to be FIRED, like yesterday. I’m currently in contact with DD Corporate Office, they stated they have gotten way too many complaints about that specific location. They are currently investigating and there will be a solution, as they don’t want people like her representing their company.
How sad is that. I’m never rude to these people, imagine the hostility you have to meet with when SPENDING YOUR OWN MONEY.

Horrible, donuts are stale and they have the nerve to tell you they don’t warm donuts as if they don’t have the means to do so, this place is a waste of time don’t even stop here just go to Wawa. Also HOW ARE YOU A DONUT COFFEE SHOP WITH OLD COFFEE MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Do not Spend your money here peope
So i order the brisket bowl because we don't eat pork and it seems like everything on the breakfast menu is always pork. We got excited they finally added some beef. We were met with disappointment again after ordering their beef brisket breakfast bowl a second time where there was NO DAMN BRISKET in the bowl!!!!. Just a bunch of damn eggs cheese and hash browns. Why put it on the menu if yall aren't gonna really offer it?!?! ITS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!

Well, they messed up again. I went thru the drive thru today, 6/25/2024, at 9:03am and ordered a large unsweetened iced tea with 6 splendas on the side. When I got home, I found out the tea was sugar sweetened and I wasn't given any splenda. I should have realized at the window that I wasn't handed splenda, but why should I? It was part of my order and I should've received it along with an UNSWEETENED iced tea. The order taker was courteous, but the girl at the window seemed highly bothered. When you say "thank you" to someone, as I did, the reply back should be "you're welcome" and not "yup". I would even settle for a "no problem" in place of "you're welcome ". Why?????
