First time ordering! Order was ready and hot when I arrived and the staff is pleasant. The cheesesteak calzone is delish (no ricotta)! The steak was well-seasoned, good amount of mozz, and the bake was nearly perfect. Looking forward to trying their other items.

The cheesesteaks have a familiar taste, but they’re skimping on the meat. The whole point of a gaetanos cheesesteak was that it was BURSTING at the seams with meat (literally). The steaks are pretty decent, but 20$ for a footlong is pretty steep when it doesn’t live up to the gaetanos name. Still giving it 3 stars because they obviously have some really big shoes to fill, but i’d rather go to one of the gaetanos chains.

If this was rated on food alone, it is a 5. The food is good

BUT...I orded ahead and still had to wait an extra 35 min for my order though the place was empty and only 2 people came to get their order while I was waiting. The guy at the counter was not friendly

I ordered ahead, expecting a smooth pickup, yet still had to wait an additional 35 minutes after arriving...and the place was empty. Only two people came in during that time.

The guy at the counter? Not friendly at all. When I returned 15 minutes after checking in, he didn’t acknowledge me—even though I was the only one there. I had to ask if my order was ready, and got a flat, “about 10 more minutes.” No apology, no explanation.

I ordered veal parm with vodka sauce. They upcharged me $2 (so my sandwich came out to $20), and still gave me chicken parm instead. It tasted good—but it wasn’t what I paid extra for. And not what I wanted.

Bottom line: The kitchen knows what they’re doing, but the front-end service and order accuracy need serious work. The place can use some sprucing. I visit family here sometimes and I will tell them maybe to drive past this place and try somewhere else.

I ordered 50$ worth of food tonight. Guy told me 25 minutes turned to a hour. Fine. the delivery woman took her tip out my change without giving me my change first and letting me tip her which I thought was doing a lot but whatever . I didn’t like the taste of the bacon on my western ranch fries so I had to throw those out. while I’m moving stuff around in the box my food came with I found someones opened half eaten fruit bar sitting in it. I instantly felt grossed out that a random person’s eaten food and saliva was contaminating my food, so I called and all that was said was okay. I’m going to check it out. No apologies, no sincerity, nothing to make it right. This was my first experience here. spend your money where you’re actually a valued customer.

Be prepared to get an oversized sandwich. Cheesesteak was excellent.

The food here is off the chain good‼️ I had the cowboy burger twice, and both times it was delicious. My husband got the cowboy burger but with a turkey burger instead of the beef burger, and it was also delicious. The fries were great too. This place is a nice addition to the community. Will definitely be ordering from here again! 🤗
