It was the old geatanos in pennypacker they kept the same food menu and supplies. They are great and I hope to come back and get more. Best cheese steak around just a new name.

I had to come back years later to edit my review because it was for Gaetanos but they have closed. Mr Cheesesteak has taken the place and I haven't been there to eat yet.

I haven’t been there since they remodeled it, but the last owner was there since the late 80s there were literally roaches, crawling up the side of the counter, opposite of what they could see. The food was disgusting. Most of them had a Miller light can of beer in their hand when they were cooking or ringing the register.(literally talking at the top of their lungs yawing it up is not very professional while drinking beer in front of patrons). It may be under new ownership I don’t know, but I would stay away and go to the one in Willingboro, the original. I’ve been living in Willingboro 62 years and lnow both locations well. if you go to the one in the older shopping center, that’s the original it actually has a dining room. ( I would take my girlfriend in there when I was 17 or 18 and sit down at a table. The other location never had that. ). the shopping center there in is actually closed & It looks like Ghost Town looks very scary. Set in the huge parking lot that used to be a supermarket, but no worries. The town is safe. Everyone’s happy when they’re buying food. So it’s only the original Gaetanos and either a beauty supply place or a hair salon other than that the rest looks like a ghost town . Large potholes all over the parking area other than that, they’re clean polite, and there’s a big placard in there that says the original . The other guy in Pennypacker Village (Which is A newly remodel shopping center, and maybe a new owner too. I still won’t go back there. If the old owner is involved in anyway, you can bet he’s cutting corners and buying lower quality food. I still won’t go in there because I think the owner is involved in someway. Maybe not I stopped going there 10 years ago out of discusd . He’s been there since the 80s and yes, the steaks are huge and all that kind of stuff. I just didn’t get a good vibe that they were clean and after seeing everybody drinking beer Around 7 o’clock at night which is OK but this is a business!! Take a little pride in your business and don’t do that in front of your patrons that are sometimes ordering four or five cheesesteaks and a pizza and spending 60 or $80 for their family. That’s why I’m saying there was no class to set up. Hopefully, it’s different now... But that’s the vibe he didn’t care he was larger than life so hopefully all is better now. . If you go to the one in Willingboro, (The one that’s in a Ghost Town strip center with potholes in the parking lot is more like a professional courteous business. You will have no complaints like I said I’ve eaten both plenty… . I’ve lived here since my parents bought this house in 1961. They came out around the 80s , you will have excellent service and excellent food in The Willingboro location they say the best food comes from the dives. I don’t know why they don’t move from that area..

I spent $50 on 2 cheesesteak sandwiches. Horrible!!! The meat was so TOUGH, I couldn't eat it, it was also tasteless! I called them and they were nice enough to offer a refund but after a long day out, I didn't feel like driving the distance back. I will never order a cheesesteak from there again!
