My order was not right. I specially asked for NO gravy on my mash and they put gravy on it. It's a disappointment. Also my I ordered thighs and got breasts unacceptable. Plus it looks like it's been sitting.
I won't be ordering online for pickup again. Also, the prices are too high to be serving these little tiny bowls of sides. Three bites and your finished!

You advertise the Tuesday specials..and the walk in is closed for service. Then, the workers just stand there looking at you crazy.
This shows pure laziness and disrespect to your customers. The chicken was just thrown in the bucket. It was soggy by the time I got home 10 minutes later. The leg so small. I hope it was chicken đ..Not good business đ

The manager was very friendly as was the other staff. My large order was perfectly filled. The food was excellent. Fresh and tasty.

When they brought me my food and when I asked for condiments the lady said I already put them in there. I asked her how you know what I want she said I put one of each. 8 said what if I donât like them she got an attitude. The man behind the counter pants were hanging off so bad he looked messy. Ordered honey barbecue, tenders and got regular tenders. Everything was lukewarm, no sauce. Mashed potatoes with gravy were lukewarm. The only thing they got right were the drinks.

I went to the location to get the honey bbq wings, while I was in the drive thru I asked the person do they have the honey bbq wings available multiple times and she said yes. I went to the window to pay for my order and then the person gave me plain chicken wings and I tell her I ordered honey bbq wings and she then proceeded to tell me that they are all out and I stated I asked if you had the wings twice before I ordered which was ignored and if you didnât have my exact order why did the staff charge me before giving me the wrong order? Then they stated they couldnât give me a refund and I had to call a 1800 number which I did the same day and filed a claim to get my money back and I called them 3 times afterwards and still havenât received any call back email nothing and now itâs been a month. Please do not go to this KFC. They are the worst.
