I must say willingboro McDonald's service is terrible. Food be over cooked or under cooked. And the kitchen is filthy. Roaches running around. I would not recommend eating here

Today, Monday, July 7, at 1:10 pm , I bought 20 pieces nuggets and they were dry and hard. Buying nuggets and fries seems to be a problem in Willingboro Mc Donald’s. You either get cold fries all the time or hard dry nuggets. I had to give my dog the nuggets. You complain about the same thing and they still get things wrong anyway. If you want pics , I can send as proof. I called and spoke to the female manager and she seemed like she did not care at all. She told me to come and I said I am not going over there to waste my gas. I just want you to know what’s going on. I even told her if she wants to see the pictures of the dry nuggets , I can send her the pics. The manager just said ok just come then hung up.

It is 88 degrees on the 4th. of July. SHAME ON YOU MCDONALD'S! I just witnessed a customer come in the restaurant with a McDonald's cup in hand and ask for a cup of ice and be denied said request. The customer left too soon to offer purchasing a drink for them. REALLY MCDONALD'S!? This community supports this location heavily. A cup of ice would not had been a terrible loss for the company. SMH!

Horrible. I have 30 minutes to take a break and was in the drive thru for 20 of those 30 minutes. I pulled up to the window after giving my mobile code and they confirmed it was me, they then tried to give me to the wrong order and said they didn’t see my order on the screen. I pulled up to wait like they asked me to expecting it to be a few minutes but nobody came to give me my food. I had to ASK the employee bringing out curbside orders to bring my food and thankfully he did but unfortunately I had to wait longer again because he did not know that they did not even give me my drink at the window either.

This McDonald’s restaurant has terrible service. The workers are rude and the food takes forever to come and most of the time they have forgotten my order or gave me the wrong meal. Also was one penny short for a coffee one time and I was denied service. Never going back here
I just went there for the fish I thought they put lettuce and tomatoes but they didn't I love their vanilla shake yummy 😋

Fresh hot fries... That's what McDonald's is good at and if they come like that, it's the best. My quarter pounder and fries were fresh. I know it's fast food but those things make a difference overall. GJ to the crew there and they brought me my food on a clean tray, no less

The dining room was full of teenagers chasing each other, shouting curse words, and trying to fight each other. The staff was friendly but I had small children as did others. These teenagers should not be allowed to just hang out in the dining room with such behavior.
