Monday through Friday the service is fast but they often get orders wrong; too often! On the weekends there is an entire staff of very young people with no support from older more experienced employees. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes on a Sunday which is ridiculous! Any good Manager would address this immediately! This has been going on for years! Management Sucks!!!

Our preferred drive-through or drop-in for a quick bite. The only new twist is the kiosk for ordering. I'm of an age and background that enjoys human contact when I dine out; whether it's for a burger or a five course meal.

The young people there are not professional. They have attitudes like you owe them something or they hate they job. They mess up your order then get mad at you. The Spanish people that hardly speak English takes your order and gets it wrong just about every time. You have to keep repeating yourself screaming into the mic. It's a mess now. It's alot they need to change. I stopped eating there for alot of reasons. Food be cold drinks are watery. I mean it's alot more.
