Papa Johns Pizza

When picking up my order, I witnessed 2 people who were preparing the food outside smoking and then proceeded to prepare more food without washing his hands. The establishment had a musky smell. Horrible look for a take out.

Can’t get anything right. Messes up your order, is insanitary, workers look at you as your food is ready, and lie about when the food is ready.

The delivery driver left my pizza on the ground without as much as a knock or a ring of the doorbell. It sat outside in the cold and snow for 20 minutes before i found it, cold and in a soggy box.

The pizza is disgusting. The workers are very rude they always let the phone ring out and don’t answer and if they do answer they hang up on you while you’re talking. Don’t order from them . They never get the order correct either.

I went to pick up my pizza. It was great. I was totally disappointed at the appearance of a food place that had big holes in the floor. It was a mess & I didn't see any construction signs. I really love Papa John's Pizza, but, I can't take a chance on eating from anywhere where the sanitation standards are not being maintained. I love me to well for that.

Pizza was ready when ordered. Extra tomato sauce was everywhere, had to clean my hands and around the container before putting in my car. When picking up the Pizza the music was loud and the delivery driver was making the Pizza while 3 other sat around and talked.

I would give ZERO stars if I could! This place is full of incompetent staff and management is disrespectful and useless. I went there yesterday 11/23/24 and placed an order with a young man that barely spoke ANY English. While giving him the order I had to correct him multiple times. He really had a hard time understanding what I was saying. I waited for my order to be made, paid the $70 for subpar food and left. When I arrived home is when I realized that my order was completely wrong. I called the store and spoke with a guy that had an Indian accent. He asked me what I wanted to do and I said I wanted a credit. He proceeded to tell me that what I wanted a credit for was $22. I told him, "Not my problem, I didn't order it!" He proceeded to hang up on me. I tried to call back 3-4 times and they never answered the phone again. This place is a joke! I'll never step foot in there again. Buyer beware, this place is full of incompetent and rude non English speaking nor understanding staff. Find another papa johns. The 3 star reviews is being generous. Run far and fast!

I ordered a special from Papa John’s: two large garlic-stuffed pizzas with chicken and Philly steak toppings. Unfortunately, there was very little chicken and steak on the pizzas, and the steak was burnt. Overall, the pizza lacked flavor entirely. This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had, and I feel like I wasted $35.

I’m unsure about other locations, but this was from the Willingboro branch. It used to be my go-to place, but I haven't eaten there since 2019 due to COVID. I will never go back. If you’re looking for a good franchise pizza, I don’t recommend Papa John’s.☹️

Don’t know what is pizza called?
Ordered garden fresh veg pizza literally i got just raw vegetables on it, there is not taste like, no sauce. Wasting $20 for no reason! They need to get training how to run the pizzeria!

I am very glad we didn’t listen to the reviews! Tons of food for a good price. Arrived hot and was really good. The cheese breadsticks were fire. Would order from here again! Better deal than a regular pizza place.

I tried this Papa John’s again after many years. Very disappointing. When I received the pizza it was lukewarm, very little sauce or cheese. Not worth eating at all. But the cost was very high. I won’t do it again.
