Papa Johns Pizza

Stay away from this location. I order a large pizza and cheese stick and that was the worst. So oily and cheese stick taste like so saggy and very oily give my whole family belly aches

Was picking up for a client at 2 AM and saw mice running all over the floor. Board of Health should be inspecting soon

Service was terrible. Went in person to order. I knew they were busy so I waited patiently. Not 1 person looked up to even say will be right with you. I should have left. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from them again

Front counter man got me in and out! Pizza was gone in 20 mins after!

I placed my order at 1:30. We were waiting over 3 hours before my order was delivered because the delivery driver originally delivered the order to the wrong address. Then when I called and spoke to the manager on duty which was an Arabic man, he hung up on me because I said I know its been hours and the food is cold so I wanted my money back and to cancel the order! He said no and hung up the phone on me. Then he called the delivery driver to go back and get the food from the wrong address and bring it to us and the food was so disgusting and cold!!! I ordered $40 worth of cold food that he forced us to take that had been sitting on someone’s porch for 3 hours and I couldn’t feed my kids food that was exposed to the elements!!! I want my money back for the food we had to throw away! I told them I would wait and allow them to remake the food but he hung up on me at least 5 times that I kept having to call back. Anytime I asked to speak with a higher up manager he kept hanging up on me! I will never order from here again! The kids who deliver dont care and neither does management. My kids waited over 3 hours for cold food at 4:00 pm after placing the order at 1:30. Great service Papa Johns! I’ll stick with Dominoes.

Completely disgusting who ever is in charge of cooking the pizzas today should be fired I specifically said well done the pepperoni not cooked cheese not melted almost taste spoiled the bottom of the pizza was soft and wet yuck the worker didn’t speak English at all not even a little I hope this place gets shut down because someone is gonna get sick please look at the reviews because I didn’t that’s the only reason why I tried this location 90% of the reviews give only one star and it’s done for a reason don’t waste your money go to Little Caesars or recardos pizza across the street but this location is disgusting

When picking up my order, I witnessed 2 people who were preparing the food outside smoking and then proceeded to prepare more food without washing his hands. The establishment had a musky smell. Horrible look for a take out.
