Great staff!! Best spot to go to in willingboro!!

Walked in and was blown away by all of the different flavors! 11 different custard flavors and 21 different flavor ices! This was the best Rita's that I've been to hands down, the owner was very nice, service was excellent and the place was very clean with benches to sit inside. Will definitely be taking the drive to come again!

This place is terrible on doordash!!! Twice times I order pretzels and they haven’t giving me no pretzels.. I will never come to this location again

I can’t say enough great things about the new and improved Rita’s in Willingboro! Ever since the new ownership took over last year, this place has seriously stepped up its game. They've added a ton of new custard and Italian ice flavors, which makes every visit exciting because there's always something new to try. You can tell they really care about quality and keeping things fresh.
The staff is one of the friendliest teams around—always smiling, helpful, and efficient. Honestly, their customer service has always been solid, even under the previous ownership, but now it's somehow even better! The vibe is just super positive.
And a huge shoutout to the new owners for finally reopening the inside of the store! The old owners made excuse after excuse for not reopening post-COVID, but these guys made it happen, and it’s made a big difference. The lines can get long during peak hours (because everyone knows this is the go-to spot), but they move quickly and the wait is absolutely worth it.
If you’re anywhere near Willingboro, do yourself a favor and check this place out. It’s hands down the best Rita’s around!

It just hasn’t tasted the same since the new ownership. The water ice is literally watered down. Super disappointed. My first time not liking a Rita’s…..
