We’ve been going to this Rita’s a lot and they’re pretty solid. The line can be pretty long sometimes but they keep it moving really quick. The staff is always super friendly and this location has way more flavors than the other Rita’s nearby. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

How did you go from sugar-free dragon fruit then sugar-free mango peach back to sugar free dragon fruit. You close the inside of the store you can easily add another cooler and offer more than one sugar-free flavor like the rest of the ritas. You never have sugar-free cherry

Have definitely noticed a difference in the customer service since the changing of ownership. Stood in line while 3 workers prepared orders. None acknowledged my presence, no I'll be right with you or anything. I drove passed 2 other locations to come here and it was a little disappointing.

Delicious love the mango flavor

It tasted great! I got frozen lemonade, Italian ice, gelato, and custard. All was very succulent and the prices were reasonable. They really make sure you leave happy! I never saw an employee except that he or she had a radiant smile on his or her face!

Since the new owner took over a month ago the food and service have been top notch. There are exciting new flavors to try and the classics never disappoint. Will be back very soon.

We went later in the night and it was still pretty busy, but they have a good system going to get you in and out. Always good service and good water ice. They even had a treat for our fur baby ❤️

You can’t sit in walk up to the window they’re not friendly they’re not nice they never work so you can’t get your points. I started looking for another readers even though this one is closest to my house and more convenient.

The employees were great but the manager was an ill-tempered and extremely rude man. My little brother had won 6 vouchers for a free regular water ice in a raffle at a nearby church. We spent 4 of them no problem. Then today we tried to spend the last 2, and the manager tells us we can only spend them 1 at a time (this is not stated anywhere on the voucher and we were also never told this when spending the other 4 vouchers) so we decided to cancel the order, leave, and come back after we finished shopping. When we returned to the location after shopping we decided we would simply order and use the vouchers separately to avoid any issues. So I try to order a water ice and immediately the manager attacked me saying that I had already been here and ordered, and that we could only use 1 voucher per day (not only is this stated nowhere on the voucher, but it was also different from the other lie he told us earlier) when we calmly told him we hadn't used the voucher earlier and that we had left without buying anything, he continued to verbally attack us and called us liars. Finally he allowed us to use one of the vouchers and order, but after waiting for 20 minutes, we never received the water ice and left.

Ordered a few items from this Rita's and my concrete looked half eaten. When I asked for it to be remade the lady gave me an attitude and refused to remake it unless I paid for another one.

Back during COVID they implemented an idea where you have to stand outside and order from the doors to prevent COVID transmission (understandable). Here we are 3 years later the president of the country announced COVID is over customers are still not allowed inside the main lobby of the store forcing people to stand outside in the rain and heat when you should be able to stand inside the building and wait for your order like the building was designed for. Other Rita’s ice has an excuse cause they don’t have a lobby. This one does but refuses to let customers stand inside to be protected from harsh elements. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere.
