I was in the drive through waiting for 20 minutes and the line was being held up just for them to turn off the lights and screen before it even hit 2am and everyone’s stuck in line waiting for the people who “got to order” (because there was no where else to go) while everyone was being yelled at saying it was closed and to keep it moving. Very rude and terrible customer service they purposely made people wait in line just so they didn’t have to take anymore orders when usually after ordering and paying they make us wait in the front for food to be brought out.
No workers at the counter. Slow food preparation. Unprofessional behavior by employees. Soda fountain not working properly and almost out of everything.

I have to say I've been to this Taco Bell several times in the last four years service wasn't great at all however today September 5th I had the best food, from the ordering to the waiting on the food. Ms T apparently is the new GM let me tell you she was amazing just listening to her directing the staff yet paying attention to the customers up front ordering, she made it a point to say check your order make sure it's right to her great personality saying have a great day. MS T is definitely what this location needed I will be back for sure GO MS T and THANK YOU !!!!

I ordered delivery and when I received my food, my burrito was burnt beyond repair on both sides. I was actually looking forward to eating it. I get that it can get busy, but how does this happen? Better off taking the time to make another one so it’s served the right way instead of giving someone something inedible. Waste of money.

Rude night shift employees!! BAD customer service . Don’t recommend using drive thru , big pot hole will mess you car up ! don’t recommend this taco bell at all !!! Asked the lady for taco sauce and got a whole bag of an UNNECESSARY amount of sauce for 2 tacos and some nachos .
Rude customer service, u asked for sauces lady gives me a whole bag full to the top with sauce that I don’t need and is a waste , huge pot hole on drive thru as well which there is no avoiding…

Post Haste
Waited over 20 minutes in line, finally get to the order point, had a mobile order that was no issue. Tried to order a dessert separately employee asked if I could pull around again I said no because I already waited 20 minutes and there’s 5 cars behind me. The employee said she won’t take any more orders. The business was still open for 3 hours. I got to the window asked if I could add it to more order she threw my box at me and said no you don’t need no more food so I left. Don’t come here at night the crew is horrible, slow, and now extremely disrespectful. Find a different location
