I will NEVER get Taco Bell again!!! Atleast from this location ,I have received my food and I was very disappointed, I decided to try something new and I got a bowl , my rice was still hard as if it was not COOKED!!! My food and partners food was not hot, it should not be cold, and my drink (cinnamon coffee) tasted like straight water down, and no cinnamon at all.

I prefer steak from ground beef, so paid for an upgrade to steak, but still got ground beef. Ask for no tomatoes, however got tomatoes. So the whole order was wrong, sent an email and someone call at 12:25 am are you freaking serious, 12:25 am, I imagine they knew no one will answer the phone at this time. Your food and service sucks! I will take my $ somewhere also.

Terrible customer service. Went in the drive thru and was rushed to order. Midway through the drive thru person kept asking if that was all. She got my order wrong anyway. I went inside and corrected my order and paid for the missing item. Then the order was thrown on the counter. When I got home I realized that the "corrected" chicken quesedilla was burnt. I would not recommend going here.

Took my son for dinner about 3:30pm, the service was very rude to me. Needed a new cup, she was right there. Ignored me. Do I waited again, then she was rude & told me “you have to wait”, she was right in front of the cups. We had to wait about 5 minutes. Made us feel very unwanted. Maybe they should get sensitively training. Plus it was very dirty in there, they weren’t even busy. Everyone had to wait.
Taco Bell is just a now & then stop for their good Tacos. I love Taco Bell crunchy Tacos & the soft ones too. I love being able to do either or both in the same order.
Parking: Rt.130, at the edge of Willingboro.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love Tacos as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible for the disabled. I love this.

Ordered delivery and somehow they didn't add in all the ingredients? And burnt everything? How do you send out a hockypuck masquerading as a crunchwrap? The order was so wrong that it seemed intentional, cause there's no way to get it that wrong and send out food that bad.

My tortilla chips were stale, and my black bean crunch wrap taste a little strange. Not sure if it was the tomatoes or sour cream. I order this all the time, but this NJ location was not good.
