We went to the Penn location we was very disappointed service & food was horrible I would never recommend. The wings weren't smoked just over fried and dry the French fries was old expensive

I placed my order online over $80.00. When I arrived to the location it was Dickeys BBQ. They have no order no idea what I was talking about. This is a scam place DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Now I’m fight to get my money back

No food to pickup after online order. No call no nothing. Location to pickup then tells me it’s my job to get a refund. Now I’m emailing and calling everyone to get a refund. Location didn’t offer anything else they can offer in place of being out of wings. Very poor..
