Do not go here!!!! Service is horrible and management is argumentative, obnoxious and unprofessional. Their staff is non responsive even when they're not busy. If you respond to their survey, a thug will contact you to argue!!!! THIS BK IS JUST NOT WORTH IT!!!!

My family and I on our way home following a doctors appointment. It was approximately 4:30pm and we went inside to order our food to go, the gentleman behind the counter was very nice and pleasant took our order and we were given drink cups to get our own drinks. There was NOBODY else inside this Bk. They hand us two bags and I asked just to be sure “ There is no cheese on my Texas Burger right?” Response was NO. We drive home excited to get there because we’re all so hungry.? And Guess What? There was no cheese because there was NO TEXAS BURGER!!! Ugh!😠 I attempted to try phoning them but nobody would answer! 😳🤯😡😡😡

Sat in the drive through line for 1 hour.. sat at the window waiting for my food for 20 minutes . I check the bag and they missed a few things in my order , but they took so long to come back to the window I had to leave and the cars behind me were freaking out. I Called twice and no one answered. The food was so bad , I honestly don’t think I’ve had a worse experience anywhere else before. It’s a shame bc I know it’s owned by the franchise owner and I can just imagine how much they put into it . Maybe they don’t care either at this point , who knows lol

Over an hour wait for fast food is crazy. Lazy employees on phones. Watched 10+ people leave the fast food line and employees are laughing like its a joke. you Should reconsider the staff you hired because losing customers is obviously a laughing matter to them and their phone screens more important. Worst experience ever. Never will I use the sicklerville location again.

The service was very very slow 15 to 20 mins. The girl in the front not friendly and she wasn't attractive to customers that wanted to order. She another's had their backs turns to all customers waiting. Had to leave after 20 mins waiting. Reason why everyone left. Oct.14.24 6pm

Employees arguing, other people waiting over 30 minutes for food, not clean, and one employee a white woman looked like she was on drugs. Me and my family walked out with no engagement from employees. Avoid this Burger King.

I made a mobile order and plus wait an entire hour and the employee told me at the end that they didn't have onion rings 🤨this younger generation is a joke! They were laughing and taking in the back like there's no line 😡I'm the most patient person in the world but this time they gets on my nerves!

Cars blocking traffic all around the parking lot waiting for their food items. They have two drive-through lanes yet they don’t take orders in the order that people arrive. That could be overlooked service wasn’t so slow.

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 5+ minutes. No one ever took my order. Thinking there was something wrong with the speaker, I drove up to the window. Waited another 5+ minutes for the car in front of me to leave. Thought maybe they were understaffed but nope, there was 2 female employees in the back just talking and laughing with their phones out. One of the ladies was 50+ years old. Not surprised the young employees don't work if even the older employees are just messing around on their phones. When I finally got up to the window and told the employee that no one took my order after waiting over 5 minutes and asked to place my order at the window, he told me he wasn't allowed to take my order, and I would have to drive around to the speaker again?! Left and went to KFC down the road. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. I ordered and received my food in 3 minutes.
