NOT 24 HOURS. Please be aware they are purposefully misinforming people. Several cars in the drive thru and no one was taking orders. There were employees inside just talking and not bothering taking orders. Also when trying to make contact at the payment window they ignored us and when calling they had the phone unplugged. Completely Unprofessional!

They claim to be 24 hours, went there at 1:30am and they never took our drive thru order. If you’re not taking orders at least have some courtesy and let people know on the speaker. For the employee who was working tonight, idc if you hate your job or feel like you get paid regardless of your service but show customers decency. We can see you standing in there and we know it’s not busy.

This Burger King is unfortunately one of the worst in the area and it just so happens to be the one closest to my house. The service is very inconsistent, sometimes the person taking your order has an attitude right from the start for no reason. On top of that, I’ve stopped by 3 different times this past week between 9–11pm specifically for the Cotton Candy Cloud drink, only to be told every time that the slushee machine wasn’t working. Out of frustration, I went to the Williamstown location instead and they made the drink for me without any issue on my very first visit. I hope service here gets better.

I’m so disappointed that I got to my destination to find out they gave me a dry burnt biscuit yesterday. The one bite I took I knew it was a biscuit from yesterday or something and reheated. I went back today showed the cashier the picture and asked the cashier what it is she said sausage egg and cheese. The manager didn’t acknowledge me and pretend to be super busy. I just left and decided to just write a review.

Copied from township fb group-Decided to go to the Burger King on Cross Keys Road. What a mistake that was. Avoid that place like the plaque. Not only was it dirty inside, but the customer service was absolutely just as disgusting as the dirt and trash on the floor.
Whooper Wednesday they advertise isn’t honored in person and forget about even talking to the employees behind the counter. They want nothing to do with helping you. What a shame. Took a ride to the nicer BK in Clementon. Not only are you able to order with a person but it’s clean and everyone is so polite and friendly.
To Rashanda behind the counter at BK in Sicklerville, you need some training with customer service and how to talk to people. What a rude and ignorant woman she was.
The food was fine, I just found it inappropriate for the manager to keep calling me hun.m, ie. “can I help you hun?” “Is that all hun?” I can see maybe once, but after that absolutely not. I don’t know you , and you don’t r know me . Yes, people can use it as a term of endearment or they can use it in a condescending way. To be on the safe side , If it’s not Miss, Sir , or Ma’m or nothing at all which is perfectly fine by me, let’s keep the pet names to ourselves!
