Nothing is worse than being sick, ordering soup and the potato’s in the bacon potato soup being undercooked and crunchy. This makes me never want to buy potato soup again because I’m so freaked out from these potatoes.

What is going on? Order 2 chicken noodle soups with pick 2. Came home and both were nothing but broth. I was so pissed. Very frustrating that this is what we got and paid for. My tuna sandwich was the smallest flat half I've ever seen. Over $40 for food, Totally disappointing. And nothing will change. Be Better!!!

We usually go for the chicken wild rice soup. My wife gets the 7.00 overpriced smoothie. I signed up for the sips club because I was spending money at Wawa everyday for coffee. Too bad I never tasted their coffee before signing up. Prob the worse coffee I ever tasted. They don’t have any real creamer. Today I waited 17 mins for a cup of coffee in the drive thru only 2 cars in front of me. Drive thru always moves so slow. Love the bread bowls and BBQ chicken sandwiches. Also be tuna salad is good just slow service.

My husband went to Panera bread in sicklerville this morning for Veteran's Day coffee and danish to find out THEY ARE NOT A PARTICIPATING PANERA BREAD! Sad that one day a year to honor our military and vets and they don't!!

Every time I stop in during the morning, it feels like a 50/50 chance whether my order will be accurate or ready on time. They forget main ingredients, which is frustrating when you’re on the go.
Edit After all my complaints, reviews and conversations with staff, it’s only getting worse.. Poor management. Also pretty sure I got sick from the chicken in the salad!

This morning I pulled over in the Aldi parking lot across from Panera and this lady pulled up next to me asking me to move so she can park. I moved because I was just looking up an address for an appointment I had so I didn’t mind. She then proceeds to get out of her car and says I’m the owners mother of Panera and you shouldn’t park here you’re taking up parking space for our business. Mind you I was parked in the Aldi parking lot not in the Panera lot but I guess she had a special parking spot she wanted which is at Aldi and not Panera. It was very bizarre and just made me not want to visit this Panera location ever again because their workers are approaching people in their car to harass them over a parking spot that’s not even at their establishment.
I always order the Blueberry lavender drink. Never disappointed! The fuji apple salad with chicken is delicious. My fave!

This location has gone down!!! Horrible customer service, filthy tables, no condiments, don’t ask for them to clean the tables because it won’t get done. Staff had a very nasty attitudes and never came over to clean at least one table in the dinning room. This location will never see another penny of my money. I gave them 2 chances with in a week and they failed miserably. Homeless people hanging out inside and out. What happened to this location they’re awful!

Order a plain classic tuna salad sandwich I got the sandwich no lettuce tomato or none of that I asked for cheese didn't get that it was just a sandwich scoop of tuna fish and no mayo. But that's this restaurant in Sicklerville. the one in Voorhees has much better Food Service food is fresh Services fast very clean establishment.

Only stopped because I had gift cards took over 20 minutes to get food to go and after I left and got to my destination I realized part of my food was not there My friend didn't I get her order It was the wrong item I didn't care for my sandwich at all chicken noodle soup was okay we were given bread with no butter only reason I stopped like I said was because I had a gift card second time ever being at a Panera bread in my life and I'm in my mid-fifties not likely will ever go there again even if I get another gift card! Hands diwn worst experience ever!!! Oh and let's not forget none of the kitchen staff had hair nets who are beard nets totally disgusting!!!!!!
