The service was abysmal. We waited for over a half hour in the drive through line for an order that was already push 20 minutes on your website. Instead of working through the closing time majority of your team has started their closing procedures before they are closed. You work until it closes and then you do closing procedures. Terrible

I went through the drive-thru of Panera/Sicklerville today. Gloria was extremely helpful in my decision on what was best for my order. When I pulled up she was so pleasant and responsive to my requests. I really appreciate her customer service and kindness. Please make sure she knows her CS is valued!
