It's my go-to place. I grab my breakfast for my morning commute. I order my lunch (via the app) to bring along. There are days I order dinner via app.

One of the roughest panera breads. Poor food quality due to negligent workers. Whole family got food poisoning here before.

Worst service I've ever gotten in my life. Waited a half hour for my order, only to be told they can't can't look to see if i have an order. Like what? You don't have the ability to see if my order was picked up or how much longer i have to wait? The ladies were working hard, but what a terrible system Panera has!

the quality of the soup and sandwiches has gone done completely. our lettuce was brown and wet, the sandwich was lacking ingredients AND they completely forgot an item from our order. when we called to tell them they forgot our $7 mac and cheese, the phone just kept ringing and ringing. horrible experience and not the first time. i will not be back to a panera maybe ever.

The employees making the food in the back are looking at their phones with gloves on and preparing the food. The one guy kept wiping his hands with gloves on , on his dirty apron and touching the food.

I’m not sure what’s going on with the Panera Bread morning crew on Crosskeys rd. In Sicklerville. I’ve been several times within the last two weeks and everyday has been progressively worse than the other. There’s no clear communication between coworkers and they really don’t seem to care that moving at a snails pace while people are waiting to get to work, isn’t going to cut it! Hire more morning staff, Pay Attention! Communicate! Stop scratching your hair when you’re getting ready to prepare food! Open your mouth so we can hear what you’re saying!

I keep giving this location chances but they fail every time. Today I used their “Quick Kiosk” to order, but there is no cold drink option so I had to go to register anyway - where I waited 10 mins to be served…I was the only person in line. Got handed my food without any acknowledgement. Opened my croissant sandwich to find it smashed flat. I mean, really? Why order croissant if you’ll not be able to distinguish it from pita? Please teach employees to be pleasant. Please add cold drinks to your kiosk. Please issue receipts from kiosk.

Terrible service and will never go back. Was never compensated for the lack of incompetence and they just didn't care about my order

This time when I went I tried the onion soup. I didn't find it too salty for my taste and my daughter ordered a d3 tomato soup. With grill cheese, the truth is the only thing. Well, in that dish it was the grill cheese ? well, the soup tasted like marinara sauce. of flavor and thickness and color like vodka sauce, very bad for my taste and hers ??‍♀️

Panera always has really delicious food choices. My go to in the morning are the egg souffle! Soooo yummy, and the sundried tomato Basil bread is even better.

I purchased a salad and it had a bug in it. I called corporate and NEVER heard anything from anyone. Very disappointed. Needless to say, I'll never order from Panera again and cancelled my subscription
