I order from door dash just today. I wanted a banana split with Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla . Tell me how they did two strawberry and one rainbow sherbet. And they didn’t include the full toppings for banana split, no whip cream, no cherries, no crushed almonds. The proportion of the ice cream is so trash.

I placed an order via Uber, the store does not have what I want but refuse to cancel the order. They also do not answer their phone. This is terrible business. This is terribly unprofessional. I currently have a broken foot and am unable to go into the store myself and the fact they do not answer the phone is even worse. I am very upset and will absolutely write a letter to HQ.
We ordered from this baskin Robbins one night and the order came very wrong. That’s not a huge deal, but the second time we ordered from here, instead of Oreos the place put almonds in it. Without knowledge of the customer’s allergies they altered the order without informing us. Avoid if you want to have a good experience
