This place is absolutely ridiculous. “Manager” Derick has HORRIBLE customer service. Last time ordering from here. I pay for marinara and they “forget” to put it in my order every single time. Even after I called to remind them. They didn’t accommodate and brushed it off that the store is too busy and they forget to put it in and tried to blame the driver for not taking it and still didn’t offer to accommodate. Overall the rudeness is worse than not receiving the marinara sauce that I have to pay extra for every time. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I TRIED to order a pizza from this Domino's location.. When they asked for my credit card information it was declined because my credit card is old and I couldn't read the 3 digit code on the back of the card.. I never received anything but the next day a charge of $31.00 was deducted from my bank account.. I called and asked to speak to the manager and the minute I mentioned why I was calling he hug up on me.. I will never order or reccomend this store to anyone.. Just a bunch of thieves.. I filled a complaint with my bank..
This by far the worst of the worst experience I’ve had ordering delivery. I ordered a thing crust pacific veggie pie, 2 orders of buffalo wings and one order of garlic Parmesan wings.
The app tracker notified me the delivery was completed I went downstairs 2 minutes later to grab my food and there was nothing at my door. Waited over 10 minutes and no one showed up. I called the store to complain about the issue and asked for the manager the person on the phone said he was the manager when I told them I was complaining with the headquarters he changed the story and said he was covering for the manager and refused to give me his nam claiming he has no last name.
When the delivery finally got to my house he also refused to provide me his name. And to top all of this my order was not only wrong but cold and disgusting looking like if they put the wings in a microwave to heat them up.
After this experience I vowed to only use local business even if it cost me more at least I know I’ll be purchasing from someone who cares about their business and the experience their customers have.

Never consistant one day it great the next 3 times are terrible. Probably because there's never the same workers
This is the second time we visited the place, and to my surprise we saw many cockroaches on the payment desk, in the kitchen where they were preparing pizza. Also, the people working there weren’t attentive and they did not wash the hands nor they had the gloves on while making the pizza + some were using their phone too. There was no professional decorum and there was no kitchen hygiene maintained. We waited to give our order for 15 mins but no one attended us and it took us 5 mins to make them understand the pizza we want. It was really frustrating and the person taking our order was very rude too.

I wish i can give them no stars . I had a mistake done on my order and i called literally as SOON as my order was sent to them and the guy kept saying it is already in the oven and about to come out . HOW?! I JUST PLACED THE ORDER !!!! So long story short he was not willing to help me nor was he willing to help fix the order . So why the hell am i being forced to pay for something i cannot eat ?!?!?!?!?!?! I am so furiates right now and trying not to cry out of frustration about this .
This place was insane! I would give it no stars. The guy has so much attitude. We gave him $100 note and he told me that he has no change for $100... We called 30 mins ago and he said 25 mins till it's ready. we get there and and he says it's going to be 20 mins. he did not start making our pizza. The place was a mess and smelled bad. He literally told me to go else where to get change when everything else was closed nearby.

Burnt pizza, less toppings, less cheese. I had the worst pizza. Definitely HQ needs quality control for this branch. I would never visit this brand again. There were 5 employees. No body really cared a customer. Very bad customer service.

After a long drive to get here, we definitely hungry. Got our food and it is amazing. The bacon on my pizza is crispy, and the food was still hot like it just came out of the oven. The pasta had a good amount of Alfredo sauce and plenty of toppings. Our delivery driver Luis our delivery driver had our food in the hot bag and was very friendly at drop off. Thanks for a great dinner after and exhausting day behind the wheel!!!

Disappointing experience when I went to collect my pizzas.
Jonathan, one of the staff in this outlet was extremely rude. He needs to learn how to behave with customers. I gave the feedback to the store manager about Joanathan’s crude behavior.
I will never go to this store from now onwards.
