The only location that has chairs on the tables couple hours before closing. such a not welcoming environment. It’s like go we close soon We came at 6.30 and my daughter was told to leave at 7 because they need to clean?! I don’t think it’s a nice way It’s still 2 more hours till closing Come on Managment Do better I wasn’t told this in person but they strayed to clean so saying to leave in other way

I’ve been coming every time in the shop this Dunkin’ Donuts today I just came for a coffee and a simple bagel. The front girls work here. She was horrible customer service. She said she cannot provide her name because she declined to give you the order and she was just mean to us because of I don’t know why maybe she have a end of the day but really today Monday 530 I was in the shop please Owner verify what I did wrong with this and what kind of service she did that’s why we walked out. I cannot catch her name because she don’t have any name tag please Owner verify very horrible service from her

I’ve told them multiple time “ this is not Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam.” It was just regular foam!!! I asked repeatedly for it to be corrected. One of the staff members was willing to help, but she refused to make the change. Extremely disappointed with the service. I live in Avalon and will never go back there again.

Order from this location daily and daily they don’t read the instructions on the sandwhich and have to make it twice. Absolutely ridiculous. They waste my time and their time not to mention the waste of food. Hire employees that follow instructions of orders placed on the Dunkin App

Just walked out after spending 10 minutes waiting at the front for someone to take my order. There was a line in front of me who all got helped but when I was my turn I guess they decided I wasn’t worth helping like the rest of the line? Nobody was behind me so I guess it was me in particular they didn’t care about. Awful service.
Edit: Went to Starbucks instead. They tried this novel thing called “service”. 5 stars there. I’ll be avoiding Dunkin in general from now on.

I just stopped for coffee on my way to work and they gave me a broken cup. Clearly the cup was damaged but they still served it to me anyways. I got in my car and it spilled everywhere. Now I’m sitting at work with stained clothes and half a coffee that has coffee grounds in it. This is just plain careless and unacceptable.

When they run out of something they just replace it with something else without confirming with the customer that that’s okay. They’re going to end up with a lawsuit one day because they’re bound to run into someone having an allergic reaction to one of their “replacements.”

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I have lived in the apartment buildings next to this Dunkin for many years and they ALWAYS disappoint. I usually order on the app for pickup and I almost always wait a ridiculous amount of time for my order, regardless of how busy they are, because they let orders just sit behind their hand off area and never finish them. Also, they will not tell you that they are out of food items or drink additives and just put your order out without them. Any time I say something to the staff they always are extremely rude and don't want to fix the issue. I am not the type of person who usually complains but this Dunkin has failed me so many times over the years that I had to leave a review. Stay away from this Dunkin and go to one of the many others that are in the area.

7/15/25 - 10am. I did a mobile order for the 5$ meal deal and the iced coffee tasted amazing, the new chipotle wake up wraps are perfection they were made fresh and piping hot and the bag of hashbrowns were also piping hot and delicious. Only thing is that it was freezing in there. Staff was quiet didn’t really greet me or respond when I said thank you but overall I’m pleased. Thank you!
