When they run out of something they just replace it with something else without confirming with the customer that that’s okay. They’re going to end up with a lawsuit one day because they’re bound to run into someone having an allergic reaction to one of their “replacements.”

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I have lived in the apartment buildings next to this Dunkin for many years and they ALWAYS disappoint. I usually order on the app for pickup and I almost always wait a ridiculous amount of time for my order, regardless of how busy they are, because they let orders just sit behind their hand off area and never finish them. Also, they will not tell you that they are out of food items or drink additives and just put your order out without them. Any time I say something to the staff they always are extremely rude and don't want to fix the issue. I am not the type of person who usually complains but this Dunkin has failed me so many times over the years that I had to leave a review. Stay away from this Dunkin and go to one of the many others that are in the area.

7/15/25 - 10am. I did a mobile order for the 5$ meal deal and the iced coffee tasted amazing, the new chipotle wake up wraps are perfection they were made fresh and piping hot and the bag of hashbrowns were also piping hot and delicious. Only thing is that it was freezing in there. Staff was quiet didn’t really greet me or respond when I said thank you but overall I’m pleased. Thank you!

The manager and the workers are fantastic at this place every morning. They have my coffee and my donut ready for me. Good workers and a very nice manager.
Fire elduardo he took 10 mins to serve me and i only ordered one thing then i said i want a large and then switched it to a medium and he proceeded to tell at me and my child to get out because he had other people to serve which made me upset

Just order 6/8/25 at Avalon in Wood Ridge. Ordered two drinks and paid on the app. I go there and the door is locked. They are supposed to be open for another hour and a half. There are 2 people inside and they totally ignore me. I tell them I already paid but they can’t be bothered. I’ll be back tomorrow for a refund, and that’s the last time I’ll step foot in this dump..

I placed a mobile order, I must say it was ready when I arrived. However when I asked the cashier for jelly she sent me back to the mobile order line to get some from them. They then inform me that I have to pay for jelly. So i go back to the cashier ( who has a line ) who claims she had no idea they charge for jelly. Can you please train ALL your employees on what the rules are so we don’t have to go back and forth between stations for jelly.
