Coffee and food is noticeably not good here. Possibly stale coffee used based on my comparisons to other Dunkin’ coffees. The place is also often understaffed so long waits. It’s a shame given its prime location and typically friendly staff. Under new management, though, this place stands to greatly improve.

A little understaffed at times, but overall great local Dunkin! It has seats and some small tables. Works for a quick impromptu call or meeting.

Will never go again !! They didn’t appear to be busy. Only myself and one other customer. I was not acknowledged for over two minutes. No one was in line in front of me. Almost walked out. They should pay attention to their customers. I gave them one star coffee was decent.

My recent visit to the Dunkin' located in Wood-Ridge, NJ, left me with mixed feelings about the overall experience. While the staff's friendliness and pleasant demeanor stood out, I couldn't help but notice certain areas where improvement is needed, particularly in the realm of coffee-making and order accuracy.Let's start with the positives. The staff at this Dunkin' outlet are undoubtedly friendly and nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere that is appreciated by all customers. Their smiles and willingness to engage in conversations add a personal touch to the visit, making it evident that they genuinely care about providing good service. However, my enthusiasm was dampened when it came to the actual coffee-making process and order accuracy. As a coffee enthusiast, I often look forward to a well-crafted cup of coffee that meets my preferences. Unfortunately, I found that the staff's training in this aspect left much to be desired. On multiple occasions, my coffee was not prepared to my requested specifications. For instance, there seemed to be confusion when it came to differentiating between "light & sweet" and other variations. This resulted in my orders being inconsistent and not aligning with the specific taste I had in mind. Additionally, there was a lack of understanding between liquid sugar and regular sugar, leading to incorrect sweetening choices that affected the overall flavor of the beverage.Order accuracy is paramount in any dining experience, and it's an area that could benefit from attention and improvement at this Dunkin' location. While the friendly demeanor of the staff certainly adds to the positive aspects of the visit, it's crucial that they receive proper training to ensure they can consistently deliver accurate and high-quality orders. On a more positive note, the ambiance of the Dunkin' in Wood-Ridge is comfortable and inviting. The seating arrangements and overall cleanliness create a pleasant environment for enjoying your coffee and snacks. The variety of menu options is also a strong point, offering a wide range of choices for different tastes and preferences. In conclusion, my visit to Dunkin' in Wood-Ridge, NJ, was marked by friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. However, there is room for improvement in terms of training staff to excel in coffee-making and order accuracy. While I appreciate the efforts of the team, it's essential for the Dunkin' management to invest in training programs that empower their staff to consistently meet customer expectations. If you're in the area and value a friendly atmosphere, Dunkin' in Wood-Ridge is worth a visit. However, I hope to see improvements in coffee preparation and order accuracy in the future. With the right adjustments, this Dunkin' location has the potential to provide an even better customer experience.

I came here to get a cold drink and see if i could get some money back if I paid with my bank card . I asked the girl at the counter if it was possible to get cash back if I paid with my card . I do not think she spoke one word of english because she called over the manager who I do not think she understood me either.I don’t understand why they are hiring people who do not speak english.I got my drink which was a strawberry lemonade drink and it literally was awful too sweet like soda and over $4.00 for it so I did not even enjoy my drink and could not get cash back from my bank card .I was agitated and annoyed to say the least . If the customer service was better and The lemonade was less sweet This place has potential but not a good experience for me. First & last time I will come here.

There are new employees who are currently not running the store correctly. Long lines, mixed-up orders, poor service and lack of communication when asking to correct your order. Training is needed asap!!
