Had to wait 20 min for 2 for 2 taylor ham egg and cheese

Ordering a veggie sandwich isn’t possible here! The thought of being told this is unbelievable. I ordered wheat bread with lettuce and tomato only to be told I can no loner order it.

My boys like their food. When we visit they knowy order.inf you I don't live in NJ. They are friendly, the place is clean and they aim to please.

Horrible. Ordered thru Door Dash and got all the wrong sandwiches. How do you screw up a sandwich that’s written in black and white. And then they won’t help correct their error because I ordered thru Door Dash. That’s bull. Told me to call door dash for a refund. Sure a refund and what does my family eat for breakfast. And I’m not even ensured a refund. Extremely disappointed. I will never use them again

Convenience is about it, calling an order in for pick up is a task as they don't speak English. Repeatedly handed off to someone who understands just a little bit more. Hero sandwiches offer less meat than Jersey Mike's... Well that's all I think I need to say. Hero roll was crumbling into the plastic container as I took each bite. There are better options nearby. Disappointed. Going to finish my stale bread sandwich now, if I run into any ham or provolone I'll update my review.

2/21/25 - 9:00 am - hockey pucks.. walked in for three bagels, two plain and one with butter, came home, took a bite and tossed them in the garbage, literally hard as a rock. My fault for trying again.

Pickup service was very slow 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Consistently inconsistent with their prices. It is as if they make them up each time. Also, if you order more than 1 item, doublecheck your order. I have used them a couple times for large orders and there is ALWAYS missing food. The workers have recently changed which is hopefully a good thing as previously there some very rude people working there. There are many better bagel options in the area. I have had enough with giving them any business.

Soooooo slow. Wow! I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. Disorganized and slow. Wow.

Tired this spot for the first time and will probably be the last. The place is huge, but the energy is just not there. The staff look miserable and the counter lady didn’t even get my name right. I got an egg bagel toasted with cream cheese. Very run of the mill. It was one of the few bagels that didn’t look undercooked. Hope they try and do better.
