I wouldn't even consider this catering service given the menu is practically copied from another much larger caterer (Rudy's). Asides from a very similar 'structure', there are actual meal descriptions completely copied.

Gourmet In-flight Catering in my opinion, is one of the best catering companies. Always gets the order right and the service is amazing. Overall, food and service is high quality.

Today (3/28/17), my flight attendant ordered six chicken kabobs and 6 vegetable kabobs which came in 4 small to-go boxes. Later, while sitting in the plane, waiting for passengers, she received a fraud alert on her phone that Gourmet Inflight was attempting to charge $638 to her card. She called to inquire and was told that that was the accurate charge. She informed the operator that she, in her professional career, had never been charged so much for so little. The operator then told her that she would adjust the price and was subsequently charged $301. Since they were so quick to change the price, this basically told me that they were attempting to scam our company for as much as they could get, since often the catering is added to the fuel and handling bill. This infuriated me more than if they had stuck to their guns at $638 and tells me that these frauds have been doing this regularly.
