Ordered food on grubhub, it said 20 to 30 min delivery time. Over an hour and never received it. The number they have listed on grubhub no one answers, sounds like a private cell phone number. Their number on their site no one answers. Poor service when there is no food and no actual service.
Awful, awful, awful. No staff...the waiter was the host, waiter and bar tender. Drinks were so-so. Mussels and clams were sered in watery tasteless sauce. Veal Marsala was served with a steak knife....should have been a chain saw. When told food was bad, owner walked away without saying a word. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Our first post Covid visit to a The place was once-favorite spot was a disaster. That they were near empty on a Saturday night should have been our first clue. No staff..only a waiter who doubled as bar tender. 30 minutes to get a drink. undersized portion of mussels and clams served in watery sauce. Veal marsala served with a steak knife should have been served with a chain saw. Surly owner who looked at uneaten plates and asked how was it then walked away when told it was lousy. Other couples walked out.
Great food, cute restaurant, great live music. I was surprised we were the only people in the place. Go! You will enjoy it for sure!
Food is great. Third time ordering in 2 weeks. Bread is great also. However, it's so burnt that I have to throw away half of it. Otherwise I would give it a five star.
The food was delish. The owner Joseph was amazing. I had such a great experience, I've having my birthday dinner here.
Very disappointed. The staff was friendly and kind, but they only had two servers for a full restaurant. The appetizers and bread were cold. The meal was okay and I was not impressed with the martini. They had live music that day, so it save the atmosphere at least.
Very disappointed about this place. The place was completely full, they only had two servers that could barely keep up with all the clients. Our appetizers and bread was cold. Our meals were poorly cooked as well. We barely got one drink because the bartender was also one of the servers. The only thing that save the night is that they had live music and the band was trying to keep a good mood for everyone on the place. We consider leaving first, but we decided to give it a chance and it was just disappointing. Unfortunately I would not be back.
I had the chicken saltimbocca which I thought was good! I would try something else there.
Awesome experience Beautiful atmosphere with a lovely live music. Well trained experienced chef Joseph knows how to add love&taste in his dishes. This place is where you can feel relaxed After a long day at work. Will come back again.?????
Restaurantji Recommends
Great atmosphere, the server was very kind , she did take care of us????
What a great find! Cute neighborhood restaurant with a nice atmosphere and great food. The wait staff were very attentive and portions and selections were impressive. The live music really added to a lovely evening out. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.
We looked forward to going out Sat with add'l loosening of Covid restrictions now allowing 50% capacity. Only 2 tables were taken out of 20 or so the restaurant has but the host/server/busboy one-person team proceeded to want to sit us next to the one table, that had a cordial banter with the musical entertainment. But I asked to sit at the far wall for social distancing. Due to the one-person team we waited like 15 minutes to be asked for drinks, and it didn't help a later-arriving table got theirs before us; however, the ordered wine spritzer came as just chardonnay glass. Food was delicious but as guests kept arriving, they kept being added to our corner of the restaurant, not adhering to distancing rules; by time we left 55% of tables were occupied and if nobody complained, they would probably not turned away new guests. I know businesses are suffering but even in our conservative state which has done a good job (vs TX, Fl etc.), our Covid cases have gone up recently, but it's better to go slowly than to be aggressive and cause lockdowns or pullbacks again.

Very nice evening with friend at this long time neighborhood favorite Italian! Consistent food quality coupled with good service made a special Birthday evening a fun affair. food was well prepared with ample portions. Pricing was very fair! As this was a week night, the restaurant was not very busy but we understand that week ends are different as they offer live music and entertainment. Definite a local favorite and a must try when in the area.
