This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. My food took 15 min and was not even warm by the time I got it. Fries were gross. Made me walk to the drive thru to get any service even tho they have a dedicated window for mobile orders. They refused to answer to their ring door bell. First and last time I go here and now give Wendy's a bad rep that I don't even want to go to another one period. Food was COLD!!!!!!!

Staff looked like they didn't want to be there. No smiles or friendliness. My wife's chicken salad was molded and old. The biggie bad should be called the mini bag. Tiny burger, fries and nuggets. Terrible deal and food to get you sick.

got $5 biggie bag to go. the chicken it was dry, hard, didn't appear fresh as Wendy's advertises I ate about half & garbaged the rest. best part of meal was the nuggets & the frosty which I had to pay $1 for the free small.maybe I didn't understand their special. But anyway meal was horrible at the Hasbrouck heights store
