Chicken wings are always spoiled... ordered chicken wings 3 different times over 10 years even though management changes wings still smell like hot butt crack

I’ve been a loyal customer of Panzini’s Pizza House for years, but after my most recent visit, I’m questioning whether I’ll return. What used to be a reliable spot for a decent, affordable meal has become a huge letdown.


Almost everything we ordered went wrong. I got eggplant parm with a side of pasta and meatballs, but the meatballs were missing—even though I paid for them. I had to drive back to pick them up, along with the mac and cheese they forgot.

The kids’ mac and cheese was a joke—a tiny portion of Kraft mac and cheese, not even enough for a toddler. For the price, it was a complete rip-off.

The five "plain" cheesesteaks were exactly that—no cheese at all, which wasn’t the mistake I made. The garlic bread and twists were dry and rock-hard, clearly sitting under a heat lamp for hours.


The service didn’t help matters. The staff was polite, but there was no urgency in fixing the issues. When I pointed out the mistakes, they apologized, but I had to drive back for the missing items with no offer of compensation. It felt like we were an afterthought.

I’m not sure what’s happened to Panzini’s Pizza House, but they’ve clearly lost their way. The food was off, the service was lackluster, and the whole experience was disappointing. If they want to stay competitive, they need to focus on quality and customer service. Until then, I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Never again.!! The last time I ordered here they said they didn’t have sub rolls so I got wings. I go to pick it up to only find them making subs. The wings are suppose to be 10 and I get 8. This time I order and go to get the food they only give me half my order and had to go back to get the rest. When asked about the rest of my order I’m confronted with attitude. I ordered 20 wing and some other items to find out once home they gave me 16 wing. Need to find another place to go besides here.!

Pizzerias of this caliber are getting next to impossible to come by in recent years.. Fresh delicious food with quality ingredients, sizeable portions, fast service, and very helpful and attentive staff, they're fantastic

Really great food and fast service. They had my pizza ready in literally 5 mins , was actually very surprised how fast they got me my food. I will be returning.

Order from here year round and for alot of years. Unfortunately our pizza was very well done, greasy and the sauce didn't taste the same but that could have been because it was over cooked. We were very disappointed.

We sat outside and my eggplant parm was awesome. Blue cheese dressing was great too. I sat in a broken plastic chair but it was nice to sit outside. Shelly was out server and she was very pleasant. We will be back

The Meatball & Eggplant Grinders were delicious, absolutely will be back to try pizzas and other appetizers.French Fries were crispy and seasoned well.Definitely, looking forward to dining in person.Delivery was quick and easy!10/10

I order almost the same thing every single time I go in there.
A cheesesteak soprano with American cheese and sharp provolone.
Rolls are toasted enough better flaky but still soft on the inside, nice touch of garlic kind of cheese is mixed very well.
If you order a cheese steak you might as well get the platter the fries are my favorite, I literally throw McDonald's french fries in the trash for these fries.
If you go on a Friday night or Saturday night you might want to call ahead that place gets really really busy.
But there's lots of staff always at the counter helping, I got two or three Cooks every single night on the weekend and Lenny the owner is almost always there with his son Vito"
You can eat outside you can eat inside or you can get it to go.
Order a pizza as well the crust is on the thin side good tasting sauce and if you want fresh garlic like I do all you have to do is ask.

Parking: There's plenty of parking and the if parking lot gets full there's more parking towards the end of the property.
And if you're at the park across the street, there's also parking.

Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoy going there, you can watch TV inside while you wait or you can go outside and get fresh air, they have outdoor fans so it's nice.

The first time we visited. We had slices of pizza and water. The pizza was very good. The server was friendly and got the order out quickly. The atmosphere is casual with indoor and outdoor tables. The prices are reasonable. This is a good place to stop on the way to or from the shore.

Parking: Easy in and out, about 20 spots with 1 handicap spot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level entry.
