My husband is a kidney patient and therefore can only have a limited amount of sodium. When we asked the cashier (who was wearing a Dunkin’ hat) for a pretzel with no salt on top she told us ‘we don’t make pretzels with no salt on top’. Immediately I went to the internet and confirmed that auntie Anne’s makes the pretzels in store and can make them with no salt on top (obviously). There was no line and there was no reason she couldn’t have thrown a few in. Shows the lazy work ethic and lack of respect towards people with specialized diets.

The lady had an attitude and shrugged her shoulders when i asked when they were making more pretzel nuggets. She said they were closing in 15 minutes but the store hours posted on the outside of the register said they close at 6pm which was in 50 minutes. I didn’t feel like arguing so i bought an original pretzel and left.
