Was just in there 11.50 am two staff(Black man and Indian woman) clearly saw me(White) and another woman(Black) waiting and just full out ignored us/didn't even bother to acknowledge us with just a minute or anything. The other lady and I left to go to other stores since we were being ignored.

If you don't mind a burned pretzel for over $7.25

I tried to order a small Pretzel Nuggets from the menu. The cashier told me they only had one size but would not tell me what that size was. I asked several times what size it was until finally the cashier said it was “large,” which is not on the menu. I asked him which of the menu options he was offering, and he told me that the menu wasn’t right. I then asked how much it cost and he said “nine something,” which was more than either size on the menu. The small and regular options were both clearly visible behind the glass the whole time. The whole thing was pretty strange and almost funny but ultimately not an okay situation. I hope the cashier is not playing this weird game with every customer.

Highly misleading signage and pricing. Food has been sitting out for who knows how long

Located in Richard Stockton service area station, this AA is efficient and fast. They have all kinds like pretzel, cinnamon bites, pretzel dog already made and stored in heated display. As customers order, they hand out the items and line moves along quickly. They have the lemonade station in the back too.

We tried the pretzel dog and cinnamon bites. Both were excellent. Pretzel dog’s bread was soft and the sausage had the iconic AA taste.

I walked into the Richard Stockton Auntie Anne's location. Three employees were visible available to take my order but no moved over to even greet me. A small or short hispanic woman then walked over to the register after 15 minutes and looked at me. I asked her are you open for business, are you taking orders? She said yes. Then walked away from as I was telling her what pretzel that I want. She walks back to her corner and looks like she is going to form pretzels. Then after 5 minutes goes and gets a guy to take my order. He doesn't know to work the register. So I have to wait for the manager. He apologized but the short woman should have been more customer service oriented.

My husband is a kidney patient and therefore can only have a limited amount of sodium. When we asked the cashier (who was wearing a Dunkin’ hat) for a pretzel with no salt on top she told us ‘we don’t make pretzels with no salt on top’. Immediately I went to the internet and confirmed that auntie Anne’s makes the pretzels in store and can make them with no salt on top (obviously). There was no line and there was no reason she couldn’t have thrown a few in. Shows the lazy work ethic and lack of respect towards people with specialized diets.

The lady had an attitude and shrugged her shoulders when i asked when they were making more pretzel nuggets. She said they were closing in 15 minutes but the store hours posted on the outside of the register said they close at 6pm which was in 50 minutes. I didn’t feel like arguing so i bought an original pretzel and left.
