We went today for the first time around lunch time. We were 1 out of 4 tables. The parking lot was packed but I guess everyone preferred the restaurant next door cause this place was dead. We were figuring it might be a little pricey and that's why which it was. We waited a while for a server to come and take our drink order and then another young lady brought them out with some bread. Bread was nice and warm and the pesto to dip it was delicious. After another lengthy wait our server finally came to get take our order. The other young lady brought out food too us while I could see our server chatting it up with the other server behind the wall. I had the bang bang shrimp tacos which were very good and my husband had the grilled shrimp with the mahi mahi. His mahi mahi had no flavor what's so ever but the shrimp he said was ok. As we were eating we ran out of our beverages and waited quite a while for refills which came from the other young lady. When it came time to pay the bill that was another long wait. We probably won't be back because of the service is that bad on a slow Monday afternoon I can't imagine what it's like when they are busy.

Me and my party was sat and the 1st server said they would be right with us never came back or acknowledged us for 20 mins. The next server they sent was nasty from the time she walked over I complemented her and everything at the introduction and she simply had an attitude. Anything my table needed we needed to ask other servers the whole time including paying the bill. Then to top it off the food was lackluster not warm and not much flavor and I usually love bonefish

Hisham, the host, was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. We sat in the bar area and our server who was also bartending was lovely. I took my niece out for a big girl day and fancy lunch. The server asked her questions directly and treated her like a guest not a child, which she loved. It was the best burger she's ever had! Thank you all for the great service.

Wendy, gave excellent service, she was quick and efficient, with a kind smile. This was my first time at the Bonefish and she made the atmosphere comfortable; while managing other tables she still made sure to pop by our table with water and bread. She was truly amazing. The food was also good the bang bang shrimp had a spice I wasn’t ready for but was still amazing.

Wendy is very amazing. She made sure we’re well taken care of from the moment we sat down. Our food was on point, and was at our table in a very respectful manner. When I look for service, Wendy is the prime example of a customer returning back not only for the fits but for such wonderful service with a smile during every interaction.
