I had recently ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings, they were incredibly busy and my chips and queso, as well as an extra side of queso were understandably left out from the order. When I had called about the forgotten queso, Dave had taken accountability for the mishap and reassured me that he would take care of the issue, and he did just that. Dave’s professionalism combined with his charming and effective customer service completely alleviated all of my concerns to such a degree that I felt compelled to leave this review. Shoutout to Dave the manager and his hardworking team. Keep up the great work guys!

I went here this evening and had a terrible meal with horrible service. Restaurant was not at capacity but we had to wait almost 20 minutes for drinks, then another 10 minutes to order.
Finally ordered, and the 3 meals came out individually. When mine came out it was wrong, waiter another 15 minutes for it. It was Parmesan Garlic boneless wings & tots. Wings were all garlic, couldn't taste any cheese and tots were completely overcooked. Then had to wait another 15 minutes to get the check.
Will not be back.

I usually go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Linden. Today I found myself in Woodbridge. My bill was $79 and they tried to charge me $86. First thing I noticed was that my bill was ripped in half so I can only see where I had to sign not anything else . Even though I already saw the original bill . I then asked to see the original bill again, which they brought me. then I asked to speak to a manager . Instead of bringing me a manager they bought me another co-worker from the back . Then after some back and forth they had an attitude with me, like I'm the one in the wrong . Where they tried to charge me for a chocolate cake that I did not buy . Of course by then I was annoyed. They said they reverse my charges on my card. Then I use a different card to pay the correct bill let's see if they try to screw me again. I'm so disappointed at this place such a nice looking place and such a great location with such a bad staff. The price of the cake was less than half of the tip I was going to leave. First they told me it was the wrong Bill to that table. Then they told me know it's the right bill. Then they told me it was a computer's fault that the paper was ripped. Then try to treat me like an idiot. Explain to me how computers here mess up just like the ones at home. Not knowing that I was the network administrator for 5 years. So I asked him do I have a " I'm stupid look on my face".
