Very bad service, seriously, I will never go there again in my life. We arrived with my family and they gave us a table and they never came to take our order. They arrived two tables later and they served them quickly. Could it be that just because we are Latin they discriminate against us? That's bad and the manager doesn't even mention it, just standing there watching, he says that the service is bad, first they have to serve in order of arrival, we better get up and leave without ordering because no one ever arrived.

Love the food here. My wings were absolutely delicious and so was the burger. They once served me 20 wings by mistake but I still loved the order. Also love going here to watch some Buffalo Bills games because I thought it would make my time here better. This explains why Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite restaurants.

I've been to this establishment a number of times and first I want to highlight that ive had amazing service with all the bartenders here - never any issues with anyone - but I also want to mention that more times than not ive had Brenda as a bartender and she is really great! I always see her running around and ive always had great service with her, Consistently.

Was in tonight at the bar and Brenda sweet as always. Except she swayed me to get the nachos like i could finish them alone ??? nah im playin she really hilarious though
Brenda and Anyela are always spectacular to me. They both speak to me bi lingually and just amazing service and people in general. was in this Sunday with Brenda wonderful as always Yall got a rockstar team with those 2

Jimmy is the man, and treats his section like his own small business.I've gone here many times and whenever I am in Jimmy's section, I have a good experience.Good food, fast service (except at the bar) and he's always letting us know about new sauces and promos.One observation - I get a high top or table and avoid the bar which gets chaotic. They might need to get a second bartender for busy nights like Tuesdays and Thursdays, the one who I've seen there usually seems overwhelmed.
