Worst service in my life. Do not dare ask if your number has been called or they will punish you by skipping your number for an extra 20 mins while laughing among themselves (40 mins waiting in total for 2 kids meals). They were going in order and calling order # 26, 27, and 28 when we were finally called (#9).

Honestly, I don't understand how this location still open. They are slow, rude, and disrespectful. Laughing while you have dozens of people waiting, is not appropriate.
I ordered: 12 piece chicken fries, whopper junior meal. They messed up and gave me someone else's ordered. Lucky, I had not left before I noticed. I returned the order and they asked me..why did you take it. I took the order yall called. Maybe if they were paying attention instead of joking, they would not have made the mistake. Then, they purposely made me wait another 30 minutes for my order. They did not put my order up to be made. The disrespect they treat paying customers is astonishing...
Burger King, I hate to say that people need to lose their job, but if you're not going to do it, they you don't need to have it.
Needless to say, I'm done with this location.

I ordered three burgers, one didn't come with crispy chicken. Nobody answered my call. At restaurant, many people found wrong food to give. It should be closed. Junk

made my wife wait 20 minutes for nuggets, fries, and a sandwich :( I could see the sandwich the whole time as they called other orders ahead of us. Saw the ticket just hanging there the whole time. Really disappointing!

30 minutes for our order is ridiculous. Receipt said 2:31 and we got the food at 3:05. This was more than short staffed, all the workers were taking their time and there was no rush to get through the 20+orders ahead of us. This is the 2nd time we've been here and it hasn't changed. Hire more people, and you'd have better customer service.

Got whopper that is cold. Onion ring is cold. Fountain drink Coke Zero and sprite were out of flavor just water. Coke had flavor but not optimal. Stop here because didn’t want to leave turnpike wish didn’t waste of calories here.

Ordered a milkshake — got just milk! It’s clear the staff don’t know how to use the machine: they pour the ingredients by eye with no proper measurements. What I got wasn’t a milkshake, it was just watery milk. Very disappointed, waste of money. I hope management pays attention and trains the staff to make drinks properly.

No good service at counter
Service is slow, employees work like they don't want to be there, and they are not friendly. Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and was given a chicken sandwich with NO cheese, hardly any lettuce, mayo was all clumpy, and the bread looked liked someone stomped on it. Wouldn't go there if my life dependant on it. Should have gone to Chick Filet instead

This is quite possibly the slowest and least competent Burger King on the planet. The funny thing is, it doesn't matter if there are a lot of people or only a few - it still takes minimum 30 minutes to get the incorrect order and another 10 to get it fixed. Avoid at all costs.
