I ordered food at the kiosk and paid. Did *not* receive a receipt at the kiosk. I went to the counter to let them know that I did not receive a receipt. I waited and was ignored until I spoke up and made one of them listen to me. I was told that my receipt would be in the bag, but it wasn't. Luckily, I remembered my ticket number that was displayed on the kiosk for .02 seconds or I wouldn't have known when my food was ready, and no one would have helped me. More than one star because they got my order correct and the food didn't taste bad. This place has much room for improvement.

Stopped to get breakfast at the 24hr BK at 0530 and the worker was standing in front of the counter and said we aren't open...we are transitioning to breafast...I said looks like your setting on your butt doing nothing

Dude had a melt downSaw him throw away 2 bag of food in front of everyone because they were “made wrong”There are 5 orders of food ready for him to pack and serve yet he ran to the back to work on prep food while the lady is working on food alreadyRough to see my food on the shelf getting cold yet he refuse to just give it to me because we all “ need to wait our turns”I left the place without my food since I’m not feeling comfortable eating the food from such a toxic placeAnd yes I’m also feeling bad for them because they are understaffed and extremely overwhelmed

Awful place. I'm not one who eats much fast food....but this was a remarkably bad experience. First they force you to order from their touch screen kiosks and won't take orders at the front...except three out of four of their kiosks don't work! After waiting for 10 minutes on a line that would not have even existed had the kiosks work I placed my order and got my food quickly. My burger was ice cold, including the slab of cheese on top and had a giant piece of the woody stem end of lettuce right in the center. The entire sandwich fell apart when I picked it up. Very disappointing even by fast food standards. Will not return to this location again. Standards are clearly not in place.

VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE TOOK ME TIME TO FIND THE STORE WEBSITE CAME HERE LAST SATURDAY AT NIGHT AND THE YOUNG GENTLEMAN CONTINUOUSLY WANTED TO ARGUE WITH ME AND STATED I WAS BEING RACIST TOWARDS HIM! I NEVER DID STATE ANY RACIST REMARKS. TOOK FOREVER TO HAVE MY FOOD IN HAND BECAUSE HE JUST STARED AT TICKETS.. I GOT DISSAPOINTED AND LEFT Food .

If you can go anywhere in this travel area, don’t go here! Ordered a double cheeseburger meal & I’m actually offended at what I got, not to mention it was cold & burnt. I’m definitely disputing the charge, I didn’t get anything I ordered.

This was fine for an evening pit stop on the way home. Be careful they don't take cash so you'll need a card for the screens. Also take your time with the screens, look through your specials and options to buy what you want, not what they suggest or push at you.They don't really have juices so just order a soda and use the fountain. But it's a Burger King that supplies a lot of people very efficiently and isn't just quick grab and go.

Its Burger King, but I waited barely 6 minutes before I got two bacon cheeseburgersParking: Large lot but it’s 3am I’ve been here other times throughout the day and it’s manageable.Kid-friendliness: It’s a truck stop but a large one.Wheelchair accessibility: Many ramps around the facility. Easy access.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went last night around 2am. Kiosk doesn't print receipt and they took 1 hour to make our food and other people there had been waiting over 2 hours. Many people asked for refunds and they refused. There were 3 people working and it looked like they were making one sandwich at a time. They wouldn't met people change orders to grab food that was sitting there or take the orders if people that gave us waiting g and left. Unreal. Will be contacting corporate for their insane refusal of refunds when people are traveling. They basically held us hostage for overpriced food. Worst service ever.

This is the most painful experience EVER! Watching what appears to be a manager not do or know her job. Her sense of urgency with a host of patrons WAITING is a sluggish 2 out of 5. They all seem like zombies, and the patience of everyone is not without the rolling of eyes and hand flinging impatience. Food is sitting in the bin and the fries...well, who likes cold fries? A waste of time for anyone on a scheduled destination. And lastly, why is there only two people when you have a mob of ready to eat diners? ?
