This place went down tubes drive thru takes so long I was waiting 10 minutes and car still didn't move so even though I ordered I left this is not the first time I've done the same. Sunday 11 20 am and other time 230 is afternoon. There wo t be a 3rd plenty other drive thrus.

I usually enjoy my visits to this place, but today I was disappointed by the rudeness of a staff member named Manuel. Despite spending $25, his response to my request for sauce was quite abrupt. A more respectful approach would have been appreciated.

Place is not bad.The staff is really rude including shift supervisor and manager (most likely the owner)No soda refill.Condiments are counted , 1 per order ? , 3 packs of Ketchup with a large fries.Will never come back here and will make sure Burger King corporate is aware

Food was fine, but the soda machine in front was not being used so they fill your drink in back with a ton of ice. When you ask for a refill (since the machine out front isn't beong used) they tell you they don't do refills. So stupid. It was the 1st time in a long while that I was having Burger King hoping the experience would make me want to start having it more often, but no. If I do, it won't be at this location.
