We got a cake for our friends family and the ice cream cake is very good, but the food color is heavy and all kids tongue in blue color for a while which is something we dont like..otherwise good customer service and best shop in this area..

I love ice-cream and so do the kids!! Im giving 4 stars because the strawberry 🍓 flavored ice-cream actually tastes artificial because it is artificial. When I want better tasting strawberry 🍓 flavored ice-cream I heav over to baskin Robbins in dunkin. Otherwise this place is yummy and staff is pleasant! The prices are average. Their waffle 🧇 cones are delicious 😋 and their ice-cream cakes are as well.

We wanted a picture on a cake for my nephews graduation but we didn’t have enough time but Gabby K came to the rescue and decorated our cake to the max. She included a gradation hat and diploma and decorated the cake in my nephew school colors. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you Gabby for going the extra mile.

I feel like this place makes up their prices as they go along. I ordered a small cup with crunchies, but the chick charges me for a sundae. I asked why it says a sundae and she says it depends what toppings you get. So are you telling me that everyone that gets a soft serve with ONE topping gets charged the price of a sundae? I knew I should’ve went to Colonia dairy maid instead.

Love that they close at 10pm. Carvel has a quality that never waivers. This particular owner once donated to the special needs program in town 15 years ago. I will always choose this place over the other local ice cream place because of his generosity.
