Staff gets treated like garbage.The man apparently in charge for this shift yells to his employee with a disability: "put this food in a bag, so you can be useful for the first time in your life!"Doubled down and repeated it when it wasn't heard the first time.Tripled down and continued yelling when the employee lightly protested.Your managers need more training on how to treat people. Even if you have a issue with how an employee works, that's not how you go about it.

Don't order delivery cold food wrong order and there's no one to call ordered on 25th at 1pm my cheesesteak was completely wrong the print out was correct but not what delivered and food was cold . Never again I should be reimbursed 100%.

The food was good but the customer service was questionable. The person at the register named May was Pleasant and rang up my order correctly, a cheesesteak and teriyaki chicken. the back made two teriyaki chickens by mistake and May ask the worker with the weave and fake eyelashes if she could just give me the extra teriyaki. May and I both looked at her to wait for the answer, the worker looked at me and rudely said did you pay for it? I was not asking for the teriyaki for free it was May who asked her, when I tried to explain she was combative rude and did not understand and she said it was Covid reasons, she could not give it away, but I did not ask for it!!! and what does throwing food in the garbage they made a mistake on have to do with Covid? they're not giving it away to a stranger they would've given it to me, anyway.

i wish i could rate this ZERO STARS!! me and my son went here today to get some food and we requested NO ONIONS and we still received a messy order WITH ONIONS!! this is totally unacceptable my son is allergic. please stay away from this location at ALL COSTS!!!! they can’t follow simple instructions.
