The Location is absolutely terrible. They've lost many of my dollars simply because I didn't feel like navigating up, around, cross over, then driving past their competitors... If ya gotta have ChicFilet nothing else will due...but I could easily stop at the Popeyes, ToxicHell, Lidl to go food, or the Shop Rite food bar

Used the drive thru, we were the only vehicle!!! Order taken , received order, and got home to find a missing sandwich and received a Diet Coke instead of Coke.Obviously went back to receive the sandwich they had forgotten. For an order that is $34.00, YES I’am going back.How is it that when they are really busy they can pack the orders correctly, but when only 1 vehicle is in the drive thru they screw it up??? Horrible!!!! Now eating all cold food except for my hot sandwich that I had to go get.
We were in their and the manager Denice is so nasty to the customers, they messed a lady's order in front of me so she was complaining then they messed up my order and I complained, so the manager Denice came over and not only they were messing orders she was so disrespectful on top of it, I will never eat in Chick-Fil-a ever again.
