Went at 10:15, time says it closed at 11. No fries, no pimento, said they could not even put a piece of lettuce on a chicken sandwich. We’re told we could have fries, another girl worker came up whispered in his ear and all the sudden we couldn’t have fries no more. Just canceled the order. I think these are the laziest group of associates a manager could ever put together. Ruining the chic fil a name and brand. Idc if u gotta peel and fry potatoes themselves if im paying for it and drove 15 mins i expect to have my shit. How can you not put lettuce tomato’s on a sandwich? Never in my 40 years of life has someone said I can’t have toppings on my sandwich. Maybe I should have just went to McDonald’s. Do better. Whoever hires people at this location will obviously doesn’t give a crap about their job. If there is another chic fil a do not I repeat do not come here. You’re better off making a chicken sandwich at home. My dog starved tonight because of you.

I went here when I was traveling on the turnpike, and now I am surprised about how many negative reviews they have on this place. I guess I caught them on a good day because when I got my food everything was fresh tasting and warm. It's like the Chick-fil-A's I have at home. The service was a bit slow but I understand that because there were a lot of people there at that time. The employee was actually pretty nice but I don't really pay attention to friendly service except if they are very rude. Overall, I guess I just got lucky.

The fries aren’t filled to the top, my frozen coffee was melted before they handed it to me and the service is slow and terrible. I usually love Chick-Fil-A but this location is far below the typical Chik-Fil-A standard, is overall disappointing and I left dissatisfied.

I had my worst experience ever in any Chick-fil-A the Customer service is horrible One of the workers there they just dont respect there customers . I would avoid this if you dont want them to ruin you day.
Food is not up to standard at all. Chicken isn’t even well fried and the fries were horrendously oversalted. They’ve gotten my name and other customers names wrong all the time and prices are absurd. The only thing good here is the iced coffee.
