I have been taking out orders and having orders delivered for years . I was disappointed and disgusted with the woman who now answers the phone and older woman, obviously very ornery and abrasive talks over me and cut me off at every angle I asked to speak to the owner and she denied my request. He is usually very nice and has been very kind and even has gone through great lengths when my husband was alive to replace my order for free because I ordered the wrong wings. That is why I need it for her to listen and not talk because I wasn’t sure I would make the same mistake as far. It has been a while due to the fact that I don’t frequent there as often because I just moved back to the area after losing my husband. I am widowed and fell on hard times today I felt like was a great day to have one of my favorite comfort foods and she made my experience miserable. I wrote a Google review and rather than the owner calling to say what happened. I know you’re usually very kind. He called with an attitude stuck up for her, and I had to tell him about themselves. there is such a thing called decorum and etiquette, and a way to speak to your customers. I will never go back there again. He is a disgusting human being. I don’t know what happened to him, but I pray that the same thing doesn’t happen to his wife that happened to me. These people don’t know what you go through behind closed doors. Everybody should be kind. It is free to be kind especially when you’re paying somebody to place an order. Food is fantastic but unfortunately I was raised with the code of morals and ethics, and these people have gone downhill.

We love chicken galore but when we call we are generally met with MEAN!! The women who answers the phone is don’t right mean and dry!
Further, no delivery after 8 pm on a Friday.. just weird!

I ordered the spicy bbq chicken sandwich. I honestly did not like it. I threw it away. The sauce was watery and the bread was soaked and damped. No bbq taste and it tasted as if they threw a bunch of tabasco instead. I would figured the chicken to be marinated with real bbq spicy sauce and a much thicker sauce than what was served. I literally removed the chicken and whatever they called sauce started dripping down like water. The chicken was tasteless. I can make a better chicken sandwich at home. Not a good experience at all. This is my 2nd time trying this place. The first time I ordered regular fried chicken and it was tasteless and soaked in oil. I don't think Im trying anything from this place again, Or maybe I am just trying the wrong things, maybe somebody can recommend something good and maybe I will give it another shot.

That's an impressive amount of gristle, joints, and cartilage for one half of a sammich. I guess it's my fault for ordering PULLED PORK from a chicken joint. There was no smokie goodness, just meat with sauce over it. It tasted like it was from a can??

Being a truck driver you are very happy when you can get hot delicious food delivered to you at your convenience. The hot wings were great.They were delivered in a timely manner with great service as always. I’ve had the fried chicken in the past and it was also good but I must say the Buffalo Wings are now my new favorite.

Absolutely fabulous customer service and they aim to please! We had a miscommunication with our order over the phone. We received the wrong order and we're very disappointed as we were having company. Jim, the manager, and Scott, the owner, readily and happily began to remedy the situation. Needless to say, their chicken is the very best!!!
Chicken and mashed potatoes were good. Ribs were Ok, not too meaty.

Really good food. The fried chicken was very good and we really liked the BBQ sauce that came with the tenders. Mashed potatoes were pretty good too! We will be back.
