Unfortunately I am still in the lookout for my chinese take out! I bought a bunch of stuff to share with my family. Pricing is reasonable. The food was mixed. I really liked their ribs and the lo mein was ok too. The fried rice chicken was too dry and not tasty enough. Almost blend. I bought some steamed white rice for my daughter and I ate it the next day. There was a small stone in it that My teeth felt pretty well

Food is really good. But prices are super high. They do give big portions but that doesnt justify their high prices. The same amount of food I get for $50 I would pay $80 with them. That's a big difference. I feel like I am paying for my food and a little bit of their rent. 😂😂😂 They do make better food then the other restaurants in the area. You would think they would remodel the place with those high prices also. 😂😂😂 Over all 4 Stars because they have really good food. I would give them 5 stars if they had better prices. Those high prices always makes me think twice, then I brace for the impact and I place the order 😂😂😂

This is my favorite Chinese food! They still answer the phone (a human!) to take orders, the place is very clean (went in for late night pick up order and you can see the floors gleaming and smell faint bleach) and the people really cool. Delicious food! Love the spring rolls they're so fat and I suspect home made 🖤🧡

We order from here fairly often for ourselves and guests. The food is consistently good, we typically order Lo Mein, Egg Drop, Chicken and String Bean, and General Tso, although their other dishes are part of our repertoire also. They are usually busy and move quickly, so be prepared for a fast conversation.

I've been going there for 25 years. Best Chinese food around and I live 20 minutes away.
I was going there for years. It was hair in food. We called they didn’t apologize or offer money back. And gravey was beige instead of brown. I was so disappointed. I spent a lot of money over the years there. Disappointed to leave. But I found a good Chinese spot but have to travel for it. I don’t mind!

Tried China Cafe in Iselin for a quick takeout. Called ahead and placed the order — they had it ready in just 10-15 minutes, which was impressive. I ordered the General Tso Tofu and a soup. The soup was actually pretty good, but the tofu dish was underwhelming. Despite asking for it to be spicy, it came out very sweet — more like a dessert than a main course. Also, the price felt steep — around $23–25 for tofu is on the higher end, especially when compared to other similar spots.
The quantity was generous, and the restaurant itself looked clean with nice seating and good parking available. But for the price and taste, it didn’t really hit the mark. Not bad, but definitely room for improvement.

Being that we are not from New Jersey, we can only rely on reviews. You're always a little skeptical because you just never know. The food here is super amazing. The food is fresh and delicious. What even got me is with the amount of quick errands we did in the area. The food was still hot when getting back to the hotel. This place made me feel good when I saw the open kitchen of the cooks making the food and the traffic in and out of this place. The guy taking my order was also super nice and patient when placing my order yesterday evening. Definitely recommend it. Will be going back before I leave.
