Wont be coming to this location anymore. Service was horrible(attitude problems) and the food was really poor quality. The rice was so hard that it was like you were eating it uncooked. Really disappointing especially with how much everything cost now.

Worst chipotle in probably 180 mile radius. The review doesn’t even need details. Just know everything about this place is horrible

We are almost 10 people for chipotle. 1st they didn’t have chicken & veggies, after discussion they make it. Then black beans out then guacamole. Tye staff was very chilled and very unprofessional. Worst chipotle I have ever eaten.

I love chipotle, but this location is a hit or miss. Sometimes I be coming in with cash and they NEVER have change… Also, almost every time I go, there’s ingredients missing for my go-to bowl

No matter what time of day they’re always out of something. Out of chips, meat, vinegarette and soda machine down because “manager forgot to order it” is insane!!! They have no structure here. This is literally every single time and they do not care.and they allow you to sit in line before letting you know.

This chipotle is the worst location I have been to. Yesterday (4/12) I placed an online order for pickup at 10:20pm on the chipotle app. My estimated pick up time was for around 10:40pm. My father walked into the Chipotle to pick up the order and nothing was ready. He asked the first worker he saw about the order we placed and was responded with a nasty attitude that said “We don’t have no food. Cancel the order.” My father was confused since the app allowed the order to be placed and it was placed FORTY MINUTES before closing time. The store was set to close at 11:00PM and by the time he walked in everything was getting cleaned up: chairs were put up, tables were wiped, and employees were wiping everything down in the kitchen. My father walks out the chipotle to explain to me what was said to him so I walked in myself to try and get a little more information. I was greeted with the same attitude. I then approached a different worker behind the counter and asked him how could I get my money back and how to cancel the order. He didn't know how to cancel the order and just said for me to go on the app when that was not an option when I checked. As I am speaking with him I see all the food still laid out and said how can you guys say you have no food but there’s all this food right here. Fortunately he was willing to make my order but said they did not have all the ingredients that were in my order so I would have to choose something else. As grateful as I was that he was willing to work with me, I should have been able to get my CORRECT order that I PAID for and was CHARGED for. The end result of this was being told to reach out to corporate to get my refund. This situation is completely unfair and my order should’ve never been accepted if the order couldn’t have been completed! If a store or restaurant has a closing time the store or restaurant should remain open and then when it’s closed, proceed with the correct closing procedure! Not denying a customer their order just because they want to get out of there exactly at the time of closing. To make matters worse my order was set to “ready to be picked up” by the chipotle and no food was ever given to me! Not only was I charged and left with no food but on the app it showed my order was fulfilled and that is completely false!

Literally the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to, they had no rice no tomato’s, so sour cream, no cheese no spoons no fork’s… literally the worse experience and the staff was laughing about the situation when people were not finding any of those stuff.

The service here was unacceptable I came this morning to get chipotle and they didn’t know how to use the cash register. I ordered a chicken bowl and waited 25 minutes to eat it because they didn’t know how to ring up my food. This service here is unacceptable. By the time I got to eat my food it was cold. There was tons of people in there. Everyone was upset. Everyone waited. The service. Here is unacceptable.

Food ok,didn't get sick.Service good, all where friendly, notice tables unclean, disgusting. (When no fear from a virus of government murder, funny how all Cleaning of all areas ceases. What else was unclean?) As prices are high,(government evil)portions are slack for the money, unless you like mucho rice! My first taste there, and last, similar to many other places. Be different, create! Also Clean More.GOD BLESS ALL AMEN!me,Ole!

I’m actually done coming to this place. I have literally come here at least five different times and they never ever have vinaigrette sauce for the salad or bowls…. They should really post a sign and let people know before they wait online forever ….like how do you not have that during a busy time at lunchtime and this is like a regular occurrence …so this place don’t even bother if you actually want flavor with your chicken bowl or salad.

IM MAD... I was disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. My husband and I enjoy Mexican food, and he often compares other restaurants to Chipotle. We waited in line for about five minutes but were informed that they had run out of white rice, which was the second time in two weeks. We didn't complain and waited patiently, but when the rice arrived, it was half-cooked. As I was placing my order, the manager rudely interrupted and took the rice away without explaining anything to the server or the person at the window (ME). I found this behavior incredibly impolite. We were paying customers, not waiting in line for free food. To ensure this doesn't happen again, I would like to bring it to Chipotle's attention.Dear management team, I wanted to bring to your attention the cleanliness issue at your location. The tables are consistently dirty, and the restrooms are often uncleaned. As a frequent customer, I believe that this reflects poorly on your establishment and can impact your reputation. I kindly request that you look into retraining your location manager and staff to address this problem. Thank you for your attention.

This location seriously needs to get it together. I came in today and was told they were out of some ingredients. How is it that this location closes at 11pm but when you come in at 9pm they tell you they don’t have some of the main ingredients (queso, sour cream, etc). I drove 10 more minutes away to another location that closes at 10pm, arrived at 9:10 and this location was fully stocked on all ingredients. Im a manager in the food industry myself and this would never be acceptable in my stores. You should be stocked and serving everything till closing.
