I had an awful experience there, ice had something dried things with tail , it was gray and white, my daughter eaten a bit and found weird thing, when I complained to the staff they were so rude and kept on saying that it is something against food code and it’s some topping from an other ice cream. She did not listen my concern and kept on saying get your refund or I can make a fresh one, that ice cream can cause a medical condition to my child but no one cares…… highly irresponsible and rude staff. I would not recommend anyone to shop there for kids, not safe and clean to eat

Went there constantly 47 years ago when Al Graber “Grabber” owned it. Waldo Pilutkiewicz and Joe Voelkel “JV” worked there. Glad it’s still open.

Great selection of hard and soft-serve ice cream. A vanilla and chocolate ice cream sundae with lots of black cherry topping is the best!?Custom made ice cream cakes are available from small to full sheetcake sizes and are reasonably priced.

I called in to place an order for two 3 gallon tubs yesterday Wednesday. The lady on the phone was so irritated and had such a nasty attitude. I was told a month ago that they do sell the tubs and I had to call in 48 hours in advance. So, I began to place my order when I was told that I couldn’t get dulce de leche and I was only able to get rum raisin because It was going to be a busy weekend. What does me calling in on a Wednesday have to do with their store being busy on the weekend. I’m calling ahead of time. What if I wanted to place an ice cream cake order? Very disappointed with the service, I felt like your employee was just too lazy to complete an order and or prepare the ice cream tubs.
