Trash chicken served cold not even warm or fully cooked then given attitude for asking if they have bread response not sold separately ah ok then showed it did not eat the chicken can I just pay the difference and get a sandwich simple I dont want anything free still given an attitude on 9/13/2025

This place is so awful. I went in there with my mother and sister~ and ordered burgers. They barely put any chicken patty inside the burgers, and when it was literally so cold. I politely asked an Indian employee ~ if she could fix it, and her attitude was absolutely disgusting. She kept arguing instead of understanding my pov. She chose to give me a refund instead of giving me more fresh and proper burger. I don’t recommend this place~ the food and the service isn’t good!!

I need to say that Malka Khan is a diamond in the rough. Went into Crispy Chicken a few months ago. She was exceptionally kind and serviceable and went beyond in customer service. Second time in she was ever kinder, made me feel welcome and appreciated. Hence, why I’m taking the time to write this. She was generous, accommodating; more people should be this way. Oh, not to mention the food’s incredibly bangin’. Best place for chicken “tendies”, juicer and better flavor than you’ll get at an expensive restaurant. Kudos to Malka and her team. Visit; you’ll leave happy.

Delicious food and big portions, Alhamdulillah. The employees were friendly too, masha'Allah. Only complaint is that there's only two (2) tables inside the restaurant (only one is family sized) where there's space for more. There are tables outside the restaurant that the mall provides, but they can only accommodate a maximum of two (2) people a table without having to squeeze in and/or borrow chairs from other tables.

The owner and her beautiful children were one of the biggest highlights of my trip to Newark recently to see the Devils home opener. Talk to her about her incredible journey making this dream turn to reality. Fiercely inspiring. Sensational chicken wings and mozzarella sticks. She’s graceful, humble, polite, an excellent listener, friendly, first rate service, above and beyond, hidden gem, and has impeccable tastes in music. Do yourself a big favor and make this a weekly stop whenever you hit the mall. You won’t regret it. Say hello to her family and leave her a tip if you can.

My Son and I are so happy to have stopped here for a bite to eat. The prices are great and the chicken is outstanding! The owners are extremely nice people.They are very friendly and made us feel like we eating at a friend or family member’s home. Next time we are in the area we’ll be stopping by for another great dining experience. I’m going to try their hamburgers, I hear they are excellent!

Delicious new halal fried chicken place in the mall located on 2nd floor near Wetzel pretzels. Tasty house made burgers and chicken. Not frozen. Affordable too! Highly recommended!!

It was a friendly environment the man who does this is soooo nice he gave us a free wing and the burgers are HUGE and AMAZING they but such happiness best part is that it’s halal but one mistake it’s located one the second floor right above hot topic
Vegetarian options: There are yummy vegetarian dishes
Dietary restrictions: The food has all types and he is willing to remove the bad things
Parking: Don’t know much but lots of space
Kid-friendliness: He offered the kids free drinks
Wheelchair accessibility: You can but it’s on second floor so take the elevator
