Having previously given this place 5 stars I have to take it back. I went with a large group of people and they knew we were coming. We had a party room. I knew we were the forgotten table when people were getting their appetizers and we still didnt get our drinks, we asked several times for them. Then people started getting their meals and we sat there waiting. Only 2 of the 6 at our table got their meal,after waiting 1.5 hours we said that's it were done. As we were leaving a hostess finally appeared and was amazed we didn't get food yet. About 5 minutes after we left a friend texted us and said your food came out and it was wrong. A manager came over after we left and said he was going to give us gift cards for the games! Like that makes up for your incompetent staff.Definitely will never go back to this place ever again! I would leave zero stars but it won't let me post without a rating.
Parking: It's at woodbridge mall thousands of spots.
Excellent food, excellent facilities, but I didn't like the atmosphere very much due to the lack of education that many of the users who attend the skating rink have.
