The desserts here are undeniably great, but the service is absolutely terrible. When I walked in, there were three people behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged me. I waited patiently, expecting someone to at least say they’d be with me shortly. Instead, when another customer came in to pick up a to-go order, he was immediately greeted and helped by a young lady, despite the fact that she clearly saw me come in before him. Being completely overlooked like that was frustrating and disappointing. No matter how good the desserts are, the lack of basic courtesy makes it hard to want to come back.

I ordered an eggplant parm sandwich with vodka sauce from here on uber eats. It's so good! It was super fresh. The best eggplant parm around. I also tried the arancine and potato croquettes and they were good

Either they’re cheaping out on using eggs because of the cost to make their small cakes or they are serving stale cake.
The cookies and cream small cake piece was so dry, it was not edible.
I’d rather pay a little more for a piece of cake because of egg prices and it not be dry like a desert 🤢

I live in Charlotte, North Carolina, but every time I’m in New Jersey to visit family this is the first and the last stop for us. We are obsessed with Hungarian cookies. The quality is very fresh, but the customer service from Kevin was above and beyond. He is so sweet, so helpful and overall just a nice guy. After we left to the car, we saw him helping another customer by opening the door and holding their bakery items. Such a great guy. Left an impression on us enough to write a review!
