The two girls that work in the morning are lazy and refuse to make any food not to mention the attitudes I get from them - I work right down the block and come there five days a week at 545 am and for the passed two weeks they have told me “it’s too early to make food” but when the young gentleman opens in the morning he has food ready to go and is always smiling I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a long time smfh if you don’t like your job quit ladies

Very clean. The lady that helped us was nice. They didn't have the donut. The donut I did get was soggy and old. The bagel was good. Toasted although we didn't ask for toasted.

Very understanding and generous staff members. I forgot my wallet at home and couldn't figure out my Google pay until I drove around into the parking lot. I went back to the drive thru after I figured it out and a new young lady was there. While I paid she has a smile on her face and proceeded to gift my son with some Munchkins. Hooe she doesn't get in trouble for that! Just know that this somple gesture made my son and myself happy after a though week and an oppressive heat. Thank you!

How difficult is it to toast a bagle and put cream cheese on it. Apparently very!! Not only was my bagle not toasted it was stale and the cream cheese had seeds in it. I don't care how much I spend....I still would appreciate a THANK YOU!! Two words THANK YOU Not hard to say.

If I could give 0 stars I would they didn’t know how to scan my barcode so I could get the points and I ordered my drink they made it wrong them made me drive around again to wait behind 4 more cars which I did and they still gave it back to me with no change it was never fixed and they put real sugar in it instead of Splenda because I can’t have real sugar waste of time and money I will not return !

I would give this place 0 star's if I could. Every time I come here they make my order wrong. This is the joke of a latte i get after having them remake my first drink! there was nothing but whip cream, and LESS COFFEE the second time? You shouldn't be allowed to own a franchise you are
