How difficult is it to toast a bagle and put cream cheese on it. Apparently very!! Not only was my bagle not toasted it was stale and the cream cheese had seeds in it. I don't care how much I spend....I still would appreciate a THANK YOU!! Two words THANK YOU Not hard to say.

If I could give 0 stars I would they didn’t know how to scan my barcode so I could get the points and I ordered my drink they made it wrong them made me drive around again to wait behind 4 more cars which I did and they still gave it back to me with no change it was never fixed and they put real sugar in it instead of Splenda because I can’t have real sugar waste of time and money I will not return !

I would give this place 0 star's if I could. Every time I come here they make my order wrong. This is the joke of a latte i get after having them remake my first drink! there was nothing but whip cream, and LESS COFFEE the second time? You shouldn't be allowed to own a franchise you are

If I had seen what it(caramel craze latte) looked like before I paid I wouldn't have ever paid for it. Bottom half was pure white, no caramel, barely even a coffee taste, it was equivalent of drinking watered down milk. This store gets it wrong too much, need to stick to Rahway store on St. George, hardly ever had a bum one there.

I went to a dunkin’ donuts on 848 US 1 and Tappen st Woodbridge, NJ 07001 and I was treated so wrongly. First i waited in the line around 8:40pm and no one was there. I came back around 8:50 and the lady let me sit there and when I asked her was they open she just laughed in my face like i was nothing. This is VERY degrading. She went ahead and finished her conversation at the drive through.

Been going here for awhile now. But these past 2 weeks has been throwing my morning off. I don't drink caffeine coffee anymore but every now and then I'll have a decaf with my turkey and sausage wrap. Well for the passed 2 weeks can't get either @ 530am. Every morning they don't have decaf or turkey sausage. And I order 10min in advance. May change my routine and cook @ home.

So I was using my Dunkin app to redeem my free iced coffee with any purchase and it didn't take the price off at the register and they still charged me full price, I told them since they can't honor it I would like to be refunded no attempts was made to honor it at all..
